Dr. Trowbridge earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota in Duluth. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at U of M’s dental school. He enjoyed his career in biology and biochemistry but felt that something was missing. He wanted to work with people and discovered that dentistry was the perfect fit for him. Since graduating, Dr. Trowbridge has been the recipient of the GILL award for excellence in prosthodontics.

Dr. Kristin Schroeder is a dentist with Fifth Avenue Dental who specializes in all areas of dentistry and has a special interest in esthetics. She earned her undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University and then graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1994. She joined her practice soon after.

After completion of her graduate program, Dr. Schroeder completed the University’s Postgraduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry. She became a Senior Master of FastBraces which she offers to patients who want to improve their smiles. Dr. S. Christopher Chang became a practicing dentist with Maple Grove Family in 2000 and has enjoyed every second of it. He earned his BS degree in microbiology and biochemistry and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before earning his DDS degree at the University of Minnesota. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry award from the Academy of Operative Dentistry. He is now a member of the Minneapolis District Dental Society, the Minnesota Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Lorie Hodd believes that being a dentist also means being a lifelong learner. She completed her BS degree and DDS degree with honors in 1987 from the University of Minnesota. She then completed extensive postgraduate training at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, where she specialized in TMJ treatment modalities and Comprehensive Full Mouth Reconstruction. She became a practicing dentist soon after but never stopped learning. When she is not in the office, Dr. Hodd is completing a continuing education course, ensuring that she stays at the forefront of modern dental technologies and treatments. She is also an active member of the Minneapolis District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
