Dr. Melazzo is a dedicated member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, where he is involved in various activities and committees. He and his wife, Angela, have one son, Trey. A passionate Auburn University football fan, Dr. Melazzo enjoys attending games in the fall and cherishes spending time with old friends. He also has a deep interest in music, particularly bluegrass, and enjoys both learning and playing music in his spare time.

He then earned his DMD from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1987 where he also graduated with honors. Dr. Bullard has been a practicing dentist since then. When he is not in the office, Dr. Bullard is offering his dental skills to those in need on mission trips around the world. Today, Dr. Bullard is an active member of the Alabama Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has earned the title of Master Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. John Haywood grew up in the Birmingham area and is a graduate of Spain Park High School. He went on to earn a degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the UAB School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2019.

As part of his commitment to staying at the forefront of dental care, Dr. Haywood is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). He also serves on the executive council of the Birmingham District Dental Society.

After gaining valuable experience practicing dentistry across Alabama, Dr. Haywood returned to Birmingham to open Haywood Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Scott Harris, a skilled dentist, has deep roots in the profession, thanks in part to his father, Dr. Andy Harris, who dedicated his career to dentistry at the Montgomery VA. Dr. Harris’ own path to dentistry was shaped by an unexpected turn of events, after a football injury in his junior year at Trinity High School ended his athletic aspirations, he redirected his focus toward hands-on work, developing a keen eye for detail through painting and carpentry. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University at Montgomery, followed by a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Alabama.

Dr. Harris’ dental career truly took form after marrying Stacy Lyn Harris, who inspired him to follow his calling and return to his hometown of Montgomery to serve the community he loves. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and launched his dental practice in Montgomery in 1998.

A dedicated family man, Dr. Harris has been married for over 30 years and is a proud father of seven children. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether it’s cooking, fishing, hunting, or tending to his land. Dr. Harris is committed to providing the highest level of care to his patients and cherishes the relationships he’s built over the years.

Dr. Clark McLemore, DMD, began his academic journey at Auburn University before earning his dental degree with high honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry. Driven by a desire to offer the highest level of care, Dr. McLemore pursued advanced training at the Foundry Dental Center’s Advanced Education program, where he honed his expertise in dental implants, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, and prosthetics.

Now back in his hometown of Montgomery, Dr. McLemore is thrilled to serve the community alongside his wife, Helen, and their two children, Annie and Henry. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care, using the latest technology and materials to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients. Dr. McLemore views each patient as unique and strives to make a positive impact on their lives by enhancing their smiles in a compassionate and caring environment.

Dr. Chelsea Maniscalco is a dentist who works every day to improve the oral health of the Birmingham community. As a recipient of the National Health Service Corps scholarship, Dr. Maniscalco spent the first year as a practicing dentist traveling around Alabama, offering her services to those in rural areas who could not afford or receive dental care otherwise. Since then, she has opened her own private practice.

Dr. Maniscalco completed her undergraduate education at Wofford College, then went to UAB School of Dentistry where she earned her DMD. Since then, she has become a member of the Crown Council, the Alabama Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Robert Richesin specializes in cosmetic, restorative, and preventative dentistry. He not only looks for ways to improve his patients’ oral health but works to maintain it and prevent further problems from arising down the line. He attended the University of Alabama for his undergraduate studies, then attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine. He has been a practicing dentist since then and has been a member of the Alabama Dental Associates since 1992.
