In 2009, Dr. Pinar joined the dental office of Dr. James K. McFadden in West Hollywood. When Dr. McFadden retired in 2016, Dr. Pinar took over the practice, which has since evolved into the Pinar & Wagner practice.

He volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations and had the opportunity to provide health care to communities in need.
