They have the best dentist here. They’re always kind, professional, and gentle. Dr. Petersen really knows her stuff. I hate going anywhere, I’ve had too many bad experiences with other dentists in Leawood, KS. She is truly the best. The only thing I would recommend is a hot tub. How cool would it be to get in a hot tub after a procedure? Oh well, guess you can’t have everything.

dental-implants-or-bridge

As adolescents, we lose our primary teeth over time. However, as adults, losing teeth is often due to injury. Gum disease could be responsible as well. Since missing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means problems. You could have problems eating. Problems speaking are a common consequence. Finally, you could risk negative changes to your smile, or even smile’s stability. You need an experienced private dentist in Birmingham, MO who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will connect you to an amazing dentist in your area. Once we do, your new dentist can examine your smile to assess your missing teeth. For less severe cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three missing teeth in a row. For several missing teeth, partial dentures could offer a solution and rebuild your smile. Finally, a complete set of dentures could be custom-made. While most fulls and partial dentures are removable, they could be supported with dental implants. Dental implants act as natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your mandible and maxilla and facial structure following missing a tooth.

If you live in the Birmingham‘s neighborhoods and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can get you started on receiving the tooth replacement you need. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if many years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please congratulate our dental professionals in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you have a sleep disorder, you may not realize it, but a dentist near you could help. But in fact, dentists can often provide a noninvasive and comfortable option to help you breathe better while sleeping. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition in which as you sleep, the soft palate and the back of your mouth collapse and interrupt your sleep cycle. People literally stop breathing for a few seconds until the brain alerts the body to resume breathing. Even as you assume you slept well, you could experience daytime drowsiness! But when is it time to contact Doctors Network to find Birmingham, MO dentists who offer OSA treatment?

Sings of OSA could include loud and frequent snoring. Daytime drowsiness, and moodiness could occur too. With no intervention, sleep apnea could even strain your immune system and heart health. When you experience similar signs and symptoms, consider finding out your treatment options. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be used to keep airways free of obstruction, so you can finally sleep well.

This week we are celebrating our dental professionals in New York, NY.

tooth-bonding

If you have a fractured tooth or a tooth that is yellow stained, then you might need cosmetic dentistry. With enameloplasty and dental bonding in Birmingham, MO, these aesthetic imperfections can be treated in one visit. At Doctors Network, we can help connect you with a dental expert in Birmingham, MO who takes new patients and can tackle your oral health concerns. You may be surprised to discover just how much tooth-colored bondings can correct in a single sitting.

Composite filling repairs aesthetic concerns using a metal-free material. The material, a blend of glass and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in the tooth preparation. Birmingham general dentists also use this material for fillings. During contouring, the dentist simply sands and buffs the outer tooth structure to correct your damaged or malformed tooth.

This week we are celebrating our Brooklyn local dentists. Using these two procedures, these dentists can reshape malformed teeth, fixed broken or fractured teeth, mask unattractive teeth stains, and close embarrassing gaps between the teeth.

You can’t put a price on showing off a perfect smile, but as we age, most of us struggle with tooth loss. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to implants and fixed dentures. Unlike traditional options, such as bridges or removable dentures, these are connected to posts inserted into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like dentures are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but several decades with proper care.

Are you ready to address unsightly gaps with dental implants? If you want to know how much dental implants cost in Birmingham, you are not alone, but firstly, you need to find a Birmingham dentist who can offer surgical placement of dental implants. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dental professional who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also works with walk-in patients. Same-day appointments are usually available. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network membership plan to decrease the cost of your procedure.

The dentist will carefully examine your smile. Underlying issues like gum disease may need to be treated before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer replacement teeth that look and function like natural ones!

Missouri is the birthplace of America’s 33rd president, Harry Truman, and home to the nation’s largest beer brewery, Anheuser-Busch. Yet, it is perhaps more well-known for the St. Louis World’s Fair of 1904, which reportedly introduced most of the American foods we know and love today, including hot dogs, ice cream cones, Dr. Pepper, and much more. Today, the Show Me State is home to nearly 6.1 million residents, all of whom deserve to enjoy the benefits of exceptional dental care without having to pay exorbitant out-of-pocket costs. To help them all receive that care, Doctors Network has partnered with dentists across the state to offer patients direct dental plans directly through their dentists’ offices.

Missouri is one of the nation’s friendliest places to raise a family, and boasts a relatively low cost of living coupled with a strong economy. However, dental health care costs can be a burden to families of all backgrounds and demographics, even when they have dental insurance coverage. The goal of Doctors Network is to help dentists across Missouri offer high-quality care directly to their patients, without the exorbitant extra costs that third-party insurance companies often tack on to their plans. With a direct dental plan, you only pay a small monthly fee, which your dentist will determine, to gain access to substantial savings on your dental health care. For instance, checkup and cleaning appointments only cost $25 per visit under the plan, and treatments such as teeth-whitening, dental fillings, crowns, Invisalign®, dental implants, and more will be significantly discounted—often by up to 90%!
