dental-implants-or-bridge

As kids, we lose our primary teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. Periodontal disease is the number one cause. Since missing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have difficulties with nutritional intake. Problems articulating clearly may develop. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile, or even your facial structure. You need a skilled in-network dentist in Mexico, MO who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will connect you to a skilled dentist near you. Then, your new dentist can evaluate your smile to diagnose the conditions for your tooth loss. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three missing teeth in a row. For several gaps, partial dentures could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete denture could be custom-made. While most fulls and partial dentures are removable, they could be stablized with multiple dental implants. Dental implants act as natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your alveolar bone and facial structure following losing a tooth.

If you live in the Mexico‘s proximity and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can help you get started on receiving the tooth replacement you need. A full smile is possible, even if you’ve lost all of your teeth, and even if years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dental professionals in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you experience a sleep disorder, you may not assume a dentist could help. In fact, dentists can provide a non-invasive option to treat sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) means that when you sleep, the soft tissues in the throat and the tissues around the throat collapse and cause you to stop breathing. Patients with OSA literally stop breathing briefly until the brain notices a drop in oxygen. Even as you assume you slept well, you’re actually sleep deprived! But when is it time to talk to Doctors Network and find Mexico, MO dentists who provide treatment options?

Signs and symptoms of OSA include snoring on a nightly basis. Daytime drowsiness, headaches, and moodiness could be factors too. With no treatment, OSA could strain your immune system and heart health. When you suffer similar signs and symptoms, consider finding out your treatment options. Often, oral appliance therapy can be used to keep airways free of obstruction, so you can finally rest without sleep apnea symptoms.

This week we are honoring our dental professionals near NYC.

tooth-bonding

If you have a broken tooth or a tooth that is misshapen or stained, then you could benefit from a cosmetic consultation. At Doctors Network, we are here to help connect you with a dental care professional in Mexico, MO who accepts new patients and provides the comprehensive treatments you need. You may not believe just how much these two treatments can correct in one appointment.

Tooth-colored bonding repairs aesthetic concerns with composite resin materials. The bonding material, a mixture of glass-like and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in several layers. Mexico cosmetic dentists also use this material for fillings. During dental contouring, the dentist simply sands and buffs the outer tooth surfaces to correct your damaged or malformed tooth.

There is no substitute for showing off a perfect smile, but as we get older, many of us struggle with the loss of natural teeth. Missing teeth could lead to difficulty with eating and speaking, and can even lead to a prematurely aged appearance. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to implants and fixed dentures. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as dentures or fixed partial dentures, these are connected to posts that act as new roots. Crowns or even prosthetics like full and partial dentures are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you want to know how much dental implants cost in Mexico, you are not alone, but firstly, you should find a Mexico dentist who can offer implant dentistry. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dental office who not only can address your tooth loss, but also accepts walk-in patients. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network membership plan to decrease the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will carefully examine your smile. Underlying issues such as periodontitis may need to be addressed before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer replacement teeth that look and function like natural ones!

Missouri is the birthplace of America’s 33rd president, Harry Truman, and home to the nation’s largest beer brewery, Anheuser-Busch. Yet, it is perhaps more well-known for the St. Louis World’s Fair of 1904, which reportedly introduced most of the American foods we know and love today, including hot dogs, ice cream cones, Dr. Pepper, and much more. Today, the Show Me State is home to nearly 6.1 million residents, all of whom deserve to enjoy the benefits of exceptional dental care without having to pay exorbitant out-of-pocket costs. To help them all receive that care, Doctors Network has partnered with dentists across the state to offer patients direct dental plans directly through their dentists’ offices.
