I’d been looking for a new dentist for a while, so I scheduled a cleaning appointment at Dental Care Center in Bronx, Ny. They got me in pretty quickly, and after I spoke to the receptionist over the phone, I knew they provided great customer service. When I arrived, everyone was very welcoming, and they took me back for my appointment almost instantly. Seriously, no wait time? Amazing! The hygienist was so sweet, and she did such a great job with my cleaning - it was the most detailed cleaning I’d ever had! She didn’t rush me at all and was very patient. I don’t have many teeth problems, but I was worried about some cosmetic things. She thoughtfully and thoroughly answered all my questions. Dr. Singh was also incredible, and I instantly loved him! He examined my teeth carefully and told me about any issues he saw. I will be a returning patient for sure! I’ll also tell my husband to go to this office, too, and I’ll refer all my co-workers, friends, and family to Dental Care Center. They’re careful, considerate, detail oriented, and so nice: you can’t do much better than that!

I’ll admit, I haven’t actually had any work done at Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY, but my experience with them was awesome. I was looking at the Doctors Network website and came across Dr. Singh. I needed a new dentist, so I called to schedule an appointment. I called the very nice receptionist and told her that I didn’t know if this office was in network. Most of the time, the dental office will ask me to contact my insurance, but I really didn’t want to deal with that. The receptionist wrote down my information and said she’d check my insurance information for me. However, she called me back to tell me that they weren’t in network. She said the insurance provider wasn’t cooperating, but she told me about all the billing codes so that I could call and ask how much it would cost out of pocket if I wanted to. This receptionist took time out of her busy day to make a few phone calls on my behalf and was awesome about communicating everything with me. It’s the best customer service I’ve ever received. Even though I can’t be a patient there, which is really unfortunate, I know based on this interaction that they take amazing care of their patients. I highly recommend you switch to Dental Care Center right now (if your insurance covers them, of course)!

I found Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY through Doctors Network. Now, I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time because my last dentist traumatized me. But Dr. Singh and his staff are amazing. They put your mind at ease. I watch the TV instead of paying attention to my cleaning, which made it go by really fast. The office is beautiful. I recommend you give him a chance - incredible!

I’ve been going to Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY for a few years with Dr. Singh as my primary dentist. He’s fantastic and always calms my nerves. The office is pretty great as well, and the view from the dentist chair is beautiful. Parking can be a little frustrating, but it’s worth it. And you get a little baggie of dental supplies every time you go in for a cleaning, which I adore! They also give you sunglasses during the cleaning so that the light doesn’t shine in your eyes, and they clean you off really well afterwards. If you need a new dentist, check them out!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY. For starters, they don’t make you wait for your appointment - they take you back pretty quickly. I’m always afraid if I wait too long to be seen that I’ll chicken out, but that never happens here! I saw Dr. Singh for a consultation because I knew I needed some ortho work (based on other dentists’ evaluations). Dr. Singh told me what I needed done and handed me an estimate right then! I scheduled an appointment the following week for four extractions and braces. When that day came, I was so anxious, but the assistant got me ready and assisted Dr. Singh the entire time. They worked quickly, and the extractions didn’t even hurt! I now have my braces, and I can’t wait until my next visit. I’m so excited to see the progress. Check to see if they still accept CareCredit because that can be very helpful when you need to have a lot of work done. Most of Dr. Singth’s patients have been going to Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY for a long time. The staff knows all their patients by name and always asks how life’s treating them. It’s really awesome that they have that kind of relationship with them. They do digital x-rays and have computers, but they still use the tried-and-true paper charts. The staff is fabulous and the dentists are calm, nice, and professional. I love it here!

I have horrible dental anxiety, and last week, I saw one dentist that provided a terrible nerve-wracking experience. A few days later, I decided to try out Dr. Singh in the Bronx. He was so great! I had an infected wisdom tooth, and though he couldn’t do much about it, he got me in with a great oral surgeon the next day (not an easy task!). Following the tooth extraction, I’m glad to say I have no more pain. Dr. Singh is very understanding, and I’m excited to go back to Dental Care Center for my cleanings and some minor tooth repair. He’s truly the first dentist I’ve ever enjoyed seeing. His office staff was very sweet and didn’t rush me. I highly recommend them to anyone. I also love that they provide nitrous oxide for patients who can’t handle dental work pain.

I had a dental emergency and ended up going to Dr. Singh at Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY because my usual dentist wasn’t available. Dr. Singh was friendly and determined to help fix my crown. I was in tremendous pain, and he told me he could redo my root canal if it didn’t go away. But he said the real problem was that my crown wasn’t aligned with the rest of my teeth, which caused tension and pressure whenever I bit down. He fixed the crown and didn’t even charge me! The receptionist was so amiable, and they took me back as soon as I was finished with my new patient forms. The woman who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job and was so nice. Making an appointment couldn’t be easier, and parking isn’t too bad either. Plus, the hygienists are so fun to be around. They always make my smile sparkle and shine! I have braces, so I thought they’d need to remove my archwire before cleaning. However, they have a special machine that shoots a cleaning solution in between the wire and brackets, and they even gave goggles so that nothing got in my eyes. Check em out; you’ll be glad to did!

Then I met Dr. Singh, who informed me that my teeth looked healthy and told me to schedule my next cleaning on the way out. It couldn’t have gone better. Oddly enough, my gynecologist recommended I check out Dr. Singh at Dental Care Center in Bronx, NY. He’s seriously the best dentist near me, and his hygienist is pretty amazing as well! I get so nervous whenever I go to the dentist, but everyone was very understanding and patient with me. We even switched our insurance providers just so we could go to them. Yes, they’re that awesome! My husband had a filling done there and claimed he didn’t feel the shot or the filling. Dr. Singh and his staff deserve all the praise they can get!

I have been a patient at Dr. Singh office in the Bronx for a couple years now. The staff is wonderful, they’re all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very surprised by the great dental care I received. I’ve been all over the country but this the best dentist office I've seen. The office is spotless, the staff is very kind, and the dentist is very knowledgeable. I have to give Dr. Singh a special shout out. I had 5 fillings that my former dentist in a different state hadn’t even noticed, but Dr. Singh was able to get it done in one day and did great work. I was only in the chair for a few hours. He was always checking up on me and making sure I was comfortable. The technology in the office is the latest and greatest.
