I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 13 years because I’ve had terrible and even frightening experiences in the past. But my teeth were looking like they were in bad shape, so I did some research on and found doctors network then I found this place. People had a lot of positive things to say about this place, so I decided it was time to make an appointment. I was so happy with this place after my first visit that I actually cried tears of joy. I waited until my fifth visit just to make sure their excellent service wasn’t just a fluke or because I was a first-time patient. And it wasn’t. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and 4 fillings done, and I’ve never had a wait that was over 10 minutes for each visit.
I’m so happy I found this place, easily the best dentist experience in Philadelphia I have experienced, and I have been to a lot of dentists before. The staff is very caring and willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I got a tour because I was a new patient, and while they did that they introduced me to the dentist and hygienists and told me how experience they all are. They have TVs in all the rooms to help patients feel comfortable during procedures. When Dr. Patoliya came in to see me she was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. I felt comfortable with her and in this office. When I left they gave me a goodie bag full of dental goodies that I will definitely be using. I was only there for a routine cleaning, but I believe that getting any other sort of work done here would be just as easy. Everyone should come here!
I am like a lot of people in the fact that I have a strong dislike for the dentist, and for that reason I hadn’t gone for a while. This place is great. I was a little wary at first, but now I am extremely comfortable because everyone here treats you like a close friend. You get to know the whole team. It is a very friendly, family-like environment. You can tell the people who work here love their jobs. The hygienist did my cleaning and she kept me relaxed and did a wonderful job on my teeth. The waiting room is beautiful. They offer free coffee and a TV. The staff is always friendly. This Philadelphia dentist is an enjoyable experience.

General Dentistry for Patients of all Ages in Philadelphia, PA
General dental care is as important to your smile as good hygiene. For example, preventive exams and cleanings are necessary to evade oral health issues such as tooth decay and gingivitis. At our Philadelphia, PA dental office, Dr. Patoliya and our team offer a variety of general dentistry treatments to help your family enjoy a lifetime of beautiful, healthy smiles.
The Importance of General Dentistry
When it comes to your health, prevention is the best medicine. Therefore, the primary focus of family dental care is preventing dental diseases from developing in the first place. Besides brushing and flossing your teeth every day, professional dental cleanings and exams help stop the formation of plaque and tartar. Other treatments, such as scaling and root planing (deep cleaning), bone and gum grafts, dental extractions, and more, can also help you address existing issues before they worsen.
Excellent Dental Health in the Long Run
During your dental appointment, your dentist will carefully perform a comprehensive dental exam for signs of trouble. If any are present, then he or she will consult with you about appropriate treatment options to stop the problem from growing worse. However, ensuring a lifetime of healthy smiles will still rely on routine visits with your general dentist.
