The staff at Advanced Dental Designs in Philly are some of the best I have ever met! It?s always so great to come in for an appointment. Even my little girl was completely comfortable with the whole ordeal. It helped us both immensely that they took the time to explain all they were doing as they went along. As soon as you walk into the office, you are welcomed with open arms and the staff takes all the necessary steps to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They seem to truly enjoy the work they do, and that makes the whole atmosphere so energetic. I loved how well they did with my cleaning, so I sent my husband there as well and although he is normally horrified of the dentist, he loves it there too now! Typically I don’t bother writing a review, but my experience at Advanced Dental Designs warrants one. I am your typical guy that is terrified of the dentist. I have had a lot of bad past experiences which is why it had been a few years since my last visit. I was nervous about scheduling an appointment, naturally. So instead I scheduled my wife for one, let her be the practice run for them. She loved it, which meant I actually had to go. Dr. Patoliya listened to me explain my situation, and then assured me I would be okay. Everyone here is just amazing and I am so happy to be a regular now. I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 13 years because I’ve had terrible and even frightening experiences in the past. But my teeth were looking like they were in bad shape, so I did some research on and found doctors network then I found this place. People had a lot of positive things to say about this place, so I decided it was time to make an appointment. I was so happy with this place after my first visit that I actually cried tears of joy. I waited until my fifth visit just to make sure their excellent service wasn’t just a fluke or because I was a first-time patient. And it wasn’t. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and 4 fillings done, and I’ve never had a wait that was over 10 minutes for each visit.

I’m so happy I found this place, easily the best dentist experience in Philadelphia I have experienced, and I have been to a lot of dentists before. The staff is very caring and willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I got a tour because I was a new patient, and while they did that they introduced me to the dentist and hygienists and told me how experience they all are. They have TVs in all the rooms to help patients feel comfortable during procedures. When Dr. Patoliya came in to see me she was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. I felt comfortable with her and in this office. When I left they gave me a goodie bag full of dental goodies that I will definitely be using. I was only there for a routine cleaning, but I believe that getting any other sort of work done here would be just as easy. Everyone should come here!

I am like a lot of people in the fact that I have a strong dislike for the dentist, and for that reason I hadn’t gone for a while. This place is great. I was a little wary at first, but now I am extremely comfortable because everyone here treats you like a close friend. You get to know the whole team. It is a very friendly, family-like environment. You can tell the people who work here love their jobs. The hygienist did my cleaning and she kept me relaxed and did a wonderful job on my teeth. The waiting room is beautiful.
