I love going to the dentist, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Solanki in the Pennsport area. I trust him to scrape, polish, and floss my teeth. I actually look forward to my appointments. I’ve been his patient for a long time and even followed him when he moved to Whitman Dental Center. They make billing easy, and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. They have the latest and greatest technology and the staff is kind and professional. Each room has a TV so you can watch your favorite show while getting your teeth cleaned. The office is beautiful with a Tuscan theme, which is so much better than the boring undecorated theme most dentist offices in Philadelphia have.

I feel lucky to have found Whitman Dental Center It has a relaxing atmosphere, the office is spotless and the receptionists, dental assistants, and dentists are very nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and they got me started with thorough but fast dental x-rays and a cleaning that wasn’t invasive at all. They checked on me throughout my visit to make sure I was doing OK. Dr. Solanki patiently answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable. We also came up with a treatment plan that would help me get my teeth looking healthy. I can’t thank the staff here enough.

I’d been experiencing a severe toothache for a couple weeks so I decided to come here even though I didn’t have insurance. They were still willing to work with me and all for an affordable price. I’ve been really particular about who my dentist is in the past, but I took a chance on these guys and I’m so glad I did. I usually like a woman to do my dental work, I feel like they’re more gentle, but Dr. Solanki did my root canal and a temporary crown, and I was very impressed. I’ve had multiple root canals done in the past and this was the easiest, fastest, most painless root canal ever! I couldn’t believe it. I can’t recommend this place enough to others in Philadelphia, I’m looking forward to finishing up my work.

General Dental Care for Patients of all Ages in Philadelphia, PA
General dentistry is as important to your smile as brushing and flossing your teeth. For example, preventive exams and cleanings are necessary to avoid dental issues such as tooth decay and gingivitis. At our Philadelphia, PA dental office, Dr. Solanki and our team offer a variety of general dentistry treatments to help you enjoy a lifetime of healthy smiles.
The Necessity for General and Preventative Dentistry
When it comes to your oral as well as your overall health, prevention is vital. Therefore, the main focus of general dentistry is preventing dental diseases from developing. Besides practicing good hygiene, professional dental cleanings and check-ups help stop the development of bacteria-rich plaque. Other procedures, such as tooth fillings, dental crowns, Invisalign® aligners, and more, can also help you manage existing issues before they worsen.
Caring for Your Smile in the Long Run
During your visit to your dentist’s office, your dentist will carefully examine your teeth and gums for signs of trouble. Then he or she will consult with you about appropriate treatment options to stop the problem from growing worse. However, ensuring a lifetime of healthy smiles will still rely on maintaining good hygiene and regular general visits to your dentist’s office.
