My pre-op and surgery wait times were short, and he accurately estimated how long my surgery would take, which was great because I needed to schedule someone to pick me up. My wisdom teeth removal was a success. A lot of people said it was going to be awful and painful for a week or better, but I only bled for a few hours. Later that night, I was bright eyed and bushy tailed with only a little pain. A few days later, the pain was almost non-existent, which I credit to Dr. Butler’s amazing work! I usually don’t leave reviews for dentists, but they deserve the praise. When I arrived at Smile Care Center, I barely even waited to be called back. The nurse was nice, humorous, amicable, and knowledgeable. Dr. Butler is super chill but experienced. He does a great job and always has a positive outlook. I first went for a cleaning, but then I needed a cavity removed. Both times, I was in and out in no time with minimal pain. Unfortunately, I’m only here for the summer because of college, so I’ll have to find another dentist closer to school. But if you live in Philadelphia, make Dr. Butler your new dentist!

A friend recommended Smile Care Center, and I’m so glad I decided to go with their suggestion. My wife loves the dentist, but I hate it. My teeth aren’t in the best shape, and so I’ve had a lot of procedures done in the past. The other dentists in the Pennsport area, Philadelphia have been awful. They are unkind, don’t care how I’m feeling, do things too fast, and are often not thorough at all. But Smile Care Center is great. I enjoyed my cleaning, partly because the hygienist was kind, caring, and easy to talk to. I had to go back to get 3 cavities filled, which made me very nervous, but Dr. Butler made me feel comfortable and I didn’t even notice when he gave me the numbing shot. I highly recommend this place.
