I was nervous and thought they’d find everything wrong when I went to my first appointment. My first cleaning was awesome, and the staff was great! I get anxious and hate going to any doctor, but they put my mind at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Thomas and his hygienist were very efficient and nice. My anxiety for sure went away after that first appointment. I had a tiny cavity (first one ever), so I had to go back a few weeks later to get it filled. It only took about 30 minutes, and the whole time, he explained what he was doing and asked if I was doing alright. It wasn’t nearly as terrifying as I thought it’d be! As long as I live in Phoenix, AZ, I will keep going to Dr. Thomas and his amazing dental team!

Everyone at Thomas & Thomas Dental in Phoenix, AZ is so great. Truthfully, it was the best dental experience I’ve had in a decade or more! The awesome customer service was in full swing before I even arrived for my first appointment. I filled out all my new patient paperwork before I even stepped foot in the office, which meant less time in the waiting room. They took me back in no more than two minutes, and they have flexible hours that work really well with my work schedule. Also, my hygienist was so great - she was welcoming and really cares about her patients’ well-being and comfort. She was very careful but did an excellent job with my cleaning. Dr. Thomas was also very friendly. He told me which areas in my mouth needed to be fixed asap and which ones could wait, which shows that he prioritizes his patients’ dental health over money because he doesn’t try to upsell you on anything that’s not a requirement. The office looks so clean and has all the latest technology. They did my X-rays right in the chair, and I didn’t need to go to a different room. Plus, it was all digital, so there was no lag time. My only complaint is I had a hard time finding the office. I thought it’d be easy to spot, but I got turned around. But once I got there, I’m so pleased I found it! Can’t wait to go back!

After they took some x-rays, they found that an old filling dissolved underneath my tooth - you couldn’t tell by just looking at it! Fabulous! Honestly, everyone should start going to Thomas & Thomas Dental! After looking for the perfect dentist for over a year, I finally found Dr. Thomas. I was sick of being over-charged for unnecessary procedures and less-than-stellar cleaning jobs. Everything about this practice is fantastic; even the decor is beautiful! If I ever leave Phoenix, I will probably still travel back just to get my teeth done. They’re phenomenal!

I wish I could give Thomas & Thomas Dental more stars! Dr. Thomas and his staff deserve all the praise! I started going to him about eight years ago because I needed a root canal. I’ve heard all the awful root canal stories, but Dr. Thomas ensured I didn’t experience any of that! I had no pain at all during or after the procedure! When my dentist told me I needed a second opinion from an endodontist due to persistent tooth pain even after replacing my old fillings, I knew I’d go to Dr. Thomas. I called his office to book an appointment, and they fit me in that very day! I was so impressed because it was really late in the day! Dr. Thomas was as great as always - prompt, warm, funny, and smart. He knew just what was wrong with my tooth. He explained what was wrong and why he needed to redo the fillings my last dentist just put in. Dr. Thomas really loves his job and doesn’t do it for the money. He knew that I didn’t have insurance and was so empathetic. He offered to fix it right then at a reduced rate. I got the feeling that he wasn’t very happy that I just paid for the fillings he needed to replace. Tooth pain is awful, but Dr. Thomas can help fix you up! I no longer see that other dentist and only let Dr. Thomas work on my teeth from now on. If you live in Phoenix, AZ, I suggest you see him for all your dental needs!

So many dentists told me to get my wisdom teeth removed because they never grew in like they should have, so I went to Thomas & Thomas Dental in Phoenix, AZ to get them taken out once and for all. They gave me a sedation option, but I chose to be conscious for the procedure. Dr. Thomas extracted my wisdom teeth and did a fantastic job. He numbed my jaw with Novocain, so I didn’t feel any pain. He injected the Novocain into my gums, but it felt like a massage instead of the usual pinch. If you need a basic cleaning or even some extensive dental work, go to this office. They don’t overbook patients, and they’re super accommodating. Give them a call today!

Everyone here is wonderful, they’re all very gentle and easy to talk to. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time because I moved to Phoenix recently. It’s been over a year, so I finally decided to go to Thomas & Thomas Dental. The new patient exam was easy and thorough, and my cleaning was superb. I had a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) done, which I had never done before. They recommended I come back in 3 months for another. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, so I figured I needed it. I made 2 follow up appointments that first day. The cost of deep cleaning was very affordable as well. My teeth look great and have never felt cleaner. 3 months after my initial appointment I came back for a regular cleaning, because I didn’t need the deep cleaning. Now I can come here twice a year instead of every 3 months because my teeth are in good shape now. Scheduling became somewhat of a headache though because the next appointment was scheduled for during the holidays. We still haven’t found a time that will work for me. Overall though I’m very satisfied with this place. They were very nice and never led me on. I’m always worried a dentist will lie to me to try to get more money out of me, but this place never did. If you haven’t been to the dentist in Phoenix in a while, you should check this place out. They’ll put your comfort first, and they’re very nice.
