When winter ends, people start going out more and enjoying the beautiful weather, and of course, we want an attractive smile when we socialize, which is why many people seek to brighten their teeth. Cosmetic dentistry refers to procedures designed to improve imperfections. Teeth stains can be removed, and teeth crowding or gaps between the teeth can be corrected with braces. At Doctors Network, we understand the value of a stunning smile. We want to help you find great Killen cosmetic dentists who take on patients who have no insurance and can offer the range of treatment needed to transform your teeth.

Correcting your smile starts with a consultation with your dentist in Killen, AL. The doctor will carefully identify the factors behind your cosmetic issues. Using digital x-rays for a precise diagnosis, the dentist will assess the cause of your cosmetic concerns to come up with a personalized treatment plan. For stains, professional teeth whitening could remove discolorations. Dental bonding and contouring can reshape your teeth in one visit. Gum contouring employs dental lasers to reshape the gum line and protect your periodontal health. Porcelain veneers are custom porcelain restorations that change a tooth’s shape and color, and for those with uneven teeth, braces might be the treatment of choice.

If you don’t have a dentist in the Killen, AL area, we can find a dental care provider for you! Visit Doctors Network to find a provider in your area who accepts patients with no insurance. We want to help you obtain a smile that looks amazing!

Did you ever notice a popping sensation in your jaw? Do you have aching jaw and facial pain? If so, this could be related to a common but serious oral health issue. Around 25 million people in the United States suffer from TMJ disorder or bruxism. Without treatment, these could not only cause pain, but actually wear down outer tooth structure! Fortunately, your friends at Doctors Network can connect you to a dental professional in Killen, AL who accepts private patients.

While very different from one another, we often find these are related. TMJ disorder develops when the jaw joints undergo excessive strain. This could cause problems opening and closing the mouth fully. Common symptoms include pain in the jaw, head, and neck. Bruxism means you often grind your teeth or clench your jaw. The pressure could cause headaches and jaw pain. Teeth grinding could also weaken and damage the tooth structure. This damage could lead to decay, infection, and more. Both disorders could be caused by issues that strain the jaw joints, and untreated TMJ disorder could cause bruxism, and vice-versa. When you have chronic pain in your head and neck, you should find help. We can even connect you with a dentist in Killen who accepts private patients.

Treatment options often vary; for some, relief is possible following recontouring, which improves bite balance. For others, treating malocclusion with braces could ease strain and stop symptoms. The most common option offered by most dental professionals is a custom splint, which fits like a night-guard. If you need to find treatment from a Killen dentist. then contact our team!

It is important for children to visit a pediatric dentist bi-yearly for dental visits and cleanings. By teaching your children great oral health habits, you are ensuring that they have the skills to have healthy smiles for life. If you are looking for a kids dentist in Killen who accepts patients with no dental coverge, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering exams and cleanings, dentists on Doctors Network also provide your kids with sealants. These are small pieces of BPA-free acrylic that dentists paint onto their molars. They work as a protective film that forms a barrier between their permanent teeth and harmful germs. This ultimately prevents the risk of tooth decay by up to eighty percent. It is a simple service that is very effective at preventing cavities on adult teeth in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another proven tool that your dentists provide. Fluoride is a natural mineral that helps strengthen your children’s teeth. While enamel is one of the most protective substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your little one’s teeth become more susceptible to damage. Fluoride treatment prevents this from happening. Using high-fluoride toothpaste can also help. To learn more, please schedule an appointment with one of our pediatric dentists in Killen.

Many people would prefer to have a whiter smile. When you venture down the aisles of any drug store, you see myriad products that promote their teeth whitening abilities. If you have tried any of these, you know that they almost always provide unsatisfying results. However, professional tooth whitening can actually provide a brighter smile. If you are looking for a dentist in Killen, AL that works with uninsured patients, we can help you find one that offers professional whitening.

When you visit your Killen dental care provider, they can provide you with either an in-office or even at-home option. With the in-office option, you will typically be out within about an hour, and you will have noticeably whiter teeth. For this option, your dentist will apply a gel solution to your teeth that they will then activate with a special light, to remove stains.

If you would prefer to get an at-home treatment, your dentist will give you a set of custom trays that you can fill up with a safe bleaching or peroxide solution. You will wear these for one or two hours each day for approximately two weeks. Once this treatment is done, you will have a whiter smile. If you would like to request a visit with a Killen dentist that takes uninsured patients, we can help you find the best ones.

If it has been at least half a year since you last saw a dentist, you should schedule a checkup as soon as possible. When you go in for bi-yearly visits, your dentist can closely examine your mouth to make sure nothing is awry. This helps prevent decay from occurring, minimizing the chance of needing more costly procedures at a later time. If you need to schedule an online appointment with a dentist in Killen, AL that accepts patients with no insurance we can help you find a great match.

When you visit your dentist for a checkup, they will start with a thorough cleaning. This will remove built-up that is difficult to remove at home — even with fantastic brushing and flossing habits. The dental cleaning will leave your mouth feeling fresh.

Once your cleaning is over, your Killen dentist will begin her or his examination. During this portion of your appointment, the dentist will thoroughly look at your teeth to identify any potential complications. Should they notice something awry, they can provide treatment options. The Killen practice we set you up with will offer comprehensive services to address a variety of dental needs. When you visit the dentist consistently they can keep track of the health of your mouth. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment online with a dentist that takes patients with no insurance, we can help you find a great one.

Over 16% of Alabama residents are over the age of 65, while almost 23% are under the age of 18. For both age groups, personalized dental care is especially important. Older patients often require restoration or prosthodontic care to replace lost teeth; younger patients may need additional ongoing preventive measures, such as orthodontics, to avoid more serious issues later in life. On top of routine general dental care, treatment for seniors and children can cause the costs of your family’s dental care to skyrocket. Fortunately, Doctors Network offers families throughout Alabama a highly affordable alternative to managing dental care costs with a direct dental plan.

I'm a freelancer, so I can't buy insurance easily, so I always ended up paying a lot for doctors' visits. I signed up for a Doctors Network dental plan, and my dental cleanings cost only $25 now. If you don't have dental insurance I highly recommend it.
