Dr. Conti has also been deeply involved in community service. In 1971, he helped found Project Triangle, a vocational rehabilitation program for individuals with disabilities. Dr. Conti served as the first President of the Board of Directors for 15 years and remained on the board for another 20 years. Today, Triangle, Inc. serves over 3,000 individuals annually and has grown to include North and South Shore facilities, 10 community residences, and a budget of approximately $20 million.

In addition to his work with Triangle, Dr. Conti has served as a member of the Board of Governors at Tufts Medical Center for more than 10 years. He has also been a dedicated member and current Moderator of the Maplewood Baptist Church in Malden for over 65 years.
