Found online reviews of Dr. Khanna’s office and decided to check it out. There were so many 5 star reviews I just had to see what all the buzz was about. Everyone at Smiley Dental is great. It’s never hard to find parking, the receptionists are very helpful, and I never have to wait long. Dr. Khanna is very knowledgeable. I’ve never had such an enjoyable experience at a doctor’s office. She truly cares about her patients and doesn’t just treat you like another person in the chair. She made me feel very comfortable, even though she did have to pull a tooth and fill a couple of cavities. The procedure was painless and seamless, which is great. I’m usually a very anxious patient, but I felt totally comfortable. Anyone in the Lowell area should try her out.

Dr. Bae is amazing! He explained my procedure in great detail and was upfront about everything. He took out two of my wisdom teeth in record timing and referred me to the best oral surgeon near me to get the other two removed. He’s been calling to check in every day to make sure I’m okay. Not many doctors will do that, so thank you to everyone at Brockton Family Dental of Brockton, MA!

I’m so glad I found Brockton Family Dental! It’s really close to my house in Brockton, MA. I scheduled an appointment, and they were able to get me in that same day. The front office receptionist was kind and informative when I spoke to her on the phone. I arrived and received the same great service I got on the phone. Check in was a breeze, and even though I had to wait a little bit, the hygienist who did my cleaning was so great that the wait was totally worth it. I usually dread going to the dentist, but she made me feel so calm and told me what she was doing. She really wanted to ease my anxiety. Dr. Nguyen will be doing a procedure for me soon, and if that goes smoothly, I’ll take my whole family to see him!

After many bad experiences with other dentists, my husband and I only go to Advanced Dental Care in Plainville, MA! I just took my toddler to see Dr. Naiman for his first dentist appointment, and they treated him just like they treat my husband and me. They were considerate and relaxed. They explained what they were doing to him, and they really went the extra mile to make him not so nervous. I love that this dental office is as great with my kids as they are with adults!

A lot happens to our smile when we lose natural teeth. Obviously, there are problems with eating your favorite foods. Even speaking clearly could be a problem. However, the major problem is the loss of structure in the jaw. This weakens the jaw, and could even cause an older appearance. More importantly, this prevents dental implant placement. Additional treatments could be necessary to strengthen the jaw in order to make dental implant placement possible! Fortunately, Doctors Network could help you schedule an appointment with a good Lowell oral surgeon who is in-network with Doctors Network Dental Plan and offers ridge augmentation. In addition, we could also discuss our payment plans to make care affordable!

Ridge preservation is also referred to as ridge augmentation. Essentially this enables the dentist to restore the lost structure in your mandible. Your dentist could use various sources. Tissue could be taken from the back of the jaw or the hip. Donor materials like bovine bone may be recommended too. Some opt for synthetic materials. During oral surgery, these are applied to the areas of weakened structure in the lower jawbone.

Once the area heals, biocompatible dental implants could be placed. The body will accept them as natural roots. As a result, they help prevent any further breakdown in the jaw, allowing long-lasting tooth replacement. Our team can connect you to a dentist in Lowell, MA who performs ridge augmentation and dental implants, and also let you know about our membership plan to make sure your treatment fits your budget!

When you have a toothache, or a tooth that is chipped, you need treatment. Otherwise, the tooth could develop caries and infections. Soon, there is a risk of not only a lost tooth, but a spread of infection to other areas of the jaw. But sometimes, the damage or cavity is beyond the stage to be treated with a restoration. Instead, the tooth could require immediate removal. At Doctors Network, our team can help you book an online appointment with a private dentist or oral surgeon in Lowell, MA who can offer a safe tooth extraction as needed.

As we touched on above, advanced decay or injury could be why a tooth needs extraction. But a dentist could also remove one that is loosened by gum disease. Removing a tooth could restore overall balance and chewing function. Extraction could also provide room for orthodontic treatment! In many cases, this could prevent the negative impact of wisdom tooth eruption. Removing wisdom teeth prior to eruption helps preserve the balance and overall esthetics. For people with advanced tooth loss, removing the last few teeth essentially paves the way for dentures. Your Lowell dentist could use this to improve the function, health, and even the beauty of your smile.

Now that you understand when and why a tooth may need to be taken out, how do you seek care for one? Well, as mentioned above Doctors Network can locate a dentist in the Lowell, MA area. But if you don’t have a dental plan, you may worry about the cost. Fortunately, we have a financing option! Our dental membership plan is opened with an initial fee and maintained with a low monthly cost. For some, this could reduce the cost of care by up to 90%!

Tooth loss could lead to multiple complications for your smile. For example, this could impact how easily you eat your favorite foods, or how clearly you can talk. But the most severe complication is the loss of mass and density in the jaw. The body reduces the flow of calcium and phosphate to the areas without roots, which in turn causes bone loss and an older appearance and weakens the jaw significantly. Which means you may not be able to receive dental implants to address your missing teeth. But Doctors Network can connect you with a dentist in Lowell, MA who can make smiles ready for implants.

As we’ve discussed in previous posts, a ridge augmentation procedure helps strengthen the lower jaw, so it can support dental implants. But what about the upper arch? Instead of grafting, your Lowell dentist could perform a sinus lift. Essentially, the dentist will push up the sinus floor to induce the formation of new tissues. The new structure can support one or more implants. Once the new teeth are secured, this stimulates the growth of bone tissue to preserve the area. Your new teeth can then last for decades to come, possibly even a lifetime.

If you need to strengthen your weakened jawbone to support one or more dental implants, we could help. Our team can connect you with a Lowell, MA dental professional who can offer a sinus lift and takes patients without dental insurance. When your smile is strengthened and ready, dental implants could provide a full smile again. If you don’t have insurance, don’t let this stand between you and good oral health. Instead, talk to our team about our financing option. With a monthly fee, you can have treatments discounted by as much as 90% in some situations. A full smile is possible again!

You probably know many people who have had their wisdom tooth extracted and are eager to divulge their experiences to you. While this can be helpful, it is still essential to consult with a professional. If you need your wisdom teeth extracted, it is best to have a plethora of information at your disposal. This will help you understand what to expect from wisdom teeth removal and what you should look for in a dentist. Luckily, Doctors Network can help you connect with a great dentist near you in Lowell, MA that accepts new patients.

The third molars are located in the back of your mouth, and there are two on the top and two on the bottom. They usually appear between seventeen and twenty-five. Because they are the last teeth to erupt, their arrival can cause complications with your existing ones. They can erupt at odd angles, only partially come in, or overcrowd your already-established teeth. When this occurs, they are likely to succumb to bacteria and infections. If any of these conditions take place, it can be very uncomfortable and can damage your existing teeth. If you think you might have issues with wisdom teeth coming in, it is important to see a Lowell dentist or oral surgeon quickly.

If you do need wisdom tooth removal, your doctor will determine how they will go about the removal to make sure everything goes according to the plan. They will decide which of your wisdom teeth need to be removed and how complex it could get. They will also assess the appropriate type of sedation and the position of your existing teeth. Once they ascertain these details, they can plan your wisdom teeth extraction more easily. When you come in for the procedure, you will receive the appropriate anesthesia option, so you will not feel pain. Your dentist will extract your teeth and look after you the entire time to make sure you are doing well. Once your wisdom teeth are extracted, you will get information about the recovery period. Fortunately, there are many Lowell dentists that accept new patients and can skillfully extract your wisdom teeth.

Have you ever noticed a popping sensation in your jaw? Do you have frequent headaches or jaw pain? If so, this could be related to a common but serious oral health issue. Around twenty-five million people in the United States suffer from TMJ disorder or bruxism. Without treatment, these could not only cause pain, but actually damage the teeth too! Fortunately, your friends at Doctors Network can connect you to a dental professional in Lowell, MA who accepts self-pay patients.

While very different from one another, these two disorders are often related. TMJ disorder develops when the joints connecting the jaw and skull are stressed. This could cause problems when you eat or speak. Common symptoms include pain in the jaw, head, and neck. Bruxism means you suffer from nightly teeth grinding. The pressure could cause headaches and jaw pain. Teeth grinding could also damage teeth. This damage could lead to cavities, infection, and more. Both disorders could be caused by issues that upset bite balance, and untreated TMJ disorder could mean eventual teeth grinding, and vice-versa. When you have chronic pain in your head and neck, you should find help. We can even connect you with a dental professional in Lowell who accepts self-pay patients.

Treatment options often vary; for some, relief is possible following dental bonding, which improves bite balance. For others, treating misalignment with orthodontic treatment could ease strain and stop symptoms. The most common option offered by most dental professionals is an oral splint, which fits like a night-guard. If you need to find treatment from a Lowell dentist. then contact our team!
