Dr. Kyle Smith is a community dentist dedicated to offering his patients exceptional dental care. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from Oregon State University. Before realizing that dentistry was his passion, he spent time working for Boeing Commercial Aircraft in Everett, WA. Eventually, he found his way to dental school and graduated in 2009 with his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Oregon Health & Science University. He has been a practicing dentist ever since. Dr. Grant Beyer approaches dentistry from a research standpoint. Throughout his education and early career, Dr. Beyer was dedicated to research in many areas of medicine. Before earning his doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, he spent time at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center involved in prostate cancer research. He studied saliva with the Pediatric Dental Program at the University of Washington. While in dental school, he researched implant failure rates. He was awarded a Tufts scholarship for having the “strongest personal and work ethic.” After graduating from Tufts, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at New York University Langone Medical Center.

Since then, Dr. Beyer has become a practicing dentist in Oregon, working as an associate dentist until he opened Beyer Family Dental in 2021. Today, Dr. Beyer is an active member of the Clackamas Dental Society, the Oregon Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He is a member of his local Spear Study Club.

Dr. Eric Berkner wants only the best for his patients, which is why he has been attending continuing education courses throughout his career. He always wants to be able to offer his patients the most modern, advanced solutions, so staying sharp and informed on the latest dental techniques and technologies is a must. Dr. Berkner is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Oregon Dental Association. He is a graduate of OSU and OHSU where he earned his doctorate. He then completed a 2-year fellowship program in Missoula, Montana before opening his private practice, Ponderosa Dental Arts, in Oregon in 2013. When he is not treating his patients at the office, Dr. Berkner is volunteering his dental services pro bono to those in need through charitable organizations in his community.

Dr. Sung Yeon Ji falls in love with dentistry all over again each day she goes to the office. Building strong, long-term relationships with her patients as she helps them achieve their health and smile goals is her greatest passion. She takes the time to get to know each patient, and to go over every aspect of the treatment options with them, keeping them as involved in their oral health journey as possible. She wants her patients to feel in control at all times.

Dr. Ji graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2013 with her DDS. She has been working in private practices ever since. She is known in the dental field for her proactive, comprehensive, and innovative approach to her work. To her patients, she is known for gentle dentistry and a warm, welcoming dental office. Providing top-quality dentistry to her patients is her goal, and she feels proud to be able to offer her dental services to those in her community.
