When the temperature gets below zero, all you really want to do is curl up by the fire. But cold weather is no reason to skimp on oral care. Flossing might seem like a chore, especially in a North Dakota winter, but the value it brings to your teeth and gums is worth a little shivering. Flossing, when paired with daily brushing, is proven to help reduce the risk of gum disease. Besides that, it can help improve your breath and whiten your teeth, resulting in a bright smile. Anyways, when you’re chatting with colleagues about the last hockey game, you don’t want to be the one with food stuck in their teeth, do you?

With teeth, it’s a different story. As an adult, the teeth you have now are all you’ve got. So, take care of them with a daily oral care routine—brush, floss, and eat a healthy diet, too! Like a healthy crop, healthy teeth and gums require lots of care. When you put in the work, you’ll reap the rewards!

It was so easy to find a doctor and make an appointment. I didn't have to take hours to call different offices and find out who takes my insurance and who doesn't.

I'm a freelancer, so I can't buy insurance easily, so I always ended up paying a lot for doctors' visits. I signed up for a Doctors Network dental plan, and my dental cleanings cost only $25 now. If you don't have dental insurance I highly recommend it.

I fell off my bike and chipped my front tooth. I was able to find and book an appointment online right away. Next time I need an appointment I'll try Doctors Network again.
