I called Brockton Family Dental (in Brockton, MA) because of a bad toothache, and they got me in within a few hours. When I got there, I filled out some forms as expected and then they took me to the exam room within 5 minutes. The staff is so welcoming, and even though I’m terrified of the dentist, they really put me at ease the entire time. After my X-rays, they said I needed a root canal, which terrified me, but Dr. Bae was very compassionate and told me everything I needed to know about the procedure. They kept checking in to make sure I was okay. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I will be telling everyone I know about this practice! Hopefully, I won’t be so scared to go back for my next appointment in a couple of days!

They’re not only comfortable, but they look great too! I’m so happy that I can’t help but smile all the time! He put a ton of thought and time into my procedure, and I appreciate him, his ceramist, and his staff for being so kind, understanding, skilled, organized, and patient.
