I appreciate that everything is explained to me so that I understand what's going on can understand the best way to move forward for treatment. Bonus points that it seems everyone employed at Dr. Borgella’s (from what I've seen so far) is highly trained. I recently saw Dr. Borgella and he was the best dentist I’ve seen in Bronx - thorough, friendly, and caring.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

They make crowns in their office, so you can get it handled the same day. We love the flexible hours that suit those with jobs and busy schedules. The receptionists do a great job handling the billing. They also make follow-up phone calls after appointments. Overall, the staff is very personable and inviting.
