dental-implants-or-bridge

As adolescents, we lose our baby teeth as our smile develops. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is often due to injury. Gum disease could be responsible as well. Since losing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means problems. You could have difficulties with nutritional intake. Problems speaking could occur. Finally, you could risk damages to your smile alignment, or even your facial structure. You need a permanent in-network dentist in Moulton Heights, AL who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will help connect you to an experienced dentist in your area. After that, your new dentist can examine your smile to understand the factors behind your missing teeth. For less severe cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three missing teeth in a row. For several missing teeth, partials could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete denture or CD could be custom-made. While most fulls and partials are removable, they could be supported with multiple dental implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and prevent negative changes to your jaw and facial structure following tooth loss.

If you live in the Moulton Heights‘s neighborhoods and need a solution for tooth loss, let us know. We can help you get started on receiving bridges or dentures. A full smile is possible, even if you’ve lost all of your teeth, and even if years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please applaud our dental professionals in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you have a poor sleeping pattern, you may not think a dentist could help. But in fact, dentists can often provide a noninvasive and comfortable solution to stop nighttime airway obstruction. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) means that when you sleep, the soft tissues in the throat and the tissues around the throat collapse and cut off airflow. Patients actually stop breathing briefly until the brain wakes them. Even if you assume you slept well, you could experience daytime drowsiness! But when is it necessary to contact Doctors Network and find Moulton Heights, AL dentists who offer OSA treatment?

Sings of sleep apnea could include loud and frequent snoring. Daytime drowsiness, and trouble with interpersonal relationships could occur too. Without intervention, the condition could even strain your immune system and your cardiovascular health. When you experience similar symptoms, consider seeing a dental professional. Often, oral appliance therapy can be used to keep airways free of obstruction, so you can finally sleep comfortably.

This week we are honoring our dental professionals near Manhattan, NY.

Dental filling repairs esthetic concerns using a metal-free material. The composite resin, a blend of glass and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in the tooth preparation. Moulton Heights general dentists also use this material to treat tooth decay. During contouring, the dentist buffs and sands the outer tooth enamel or restoration to correct your damaged or malformed tooth.

This week we are honoring our Brooklyn local dentists. Utilizing these two treatments, these dentists can reshape malformed teeth, repair dental damage, mask unattractive teeth stains, and even close embarrassing gaps between teeth.

You can’t put a price on a full smile, but as we get older, many of us struggle with tooth loss. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat tooth loss, people often turn to implant-supported prosthetics. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as bridges or removable dentures, these are connected to posts that act as new roots. Crowns or even prosthetics like dentures are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but possibly a lifetime with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you want to know how much a dental implant costs in Moulton Heights, you are not alone, but first, you need to find a Moulton Heights dentist who can offer tooth replacement. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dental professional who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also takes patients without dental insurance. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network membership plan to decrease the cost of your procedure.

The dentist will assess the state of your smile. Underlying factors may need to be considered before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer replacement teeth that look and function like natural ones!

Over 16% of Alabama residents are over the age of 65, while almost 23% are under the age of 18. For both age groups, personalized dental care is especially important. Older patients often require restoration or prosthodontic care to replace lost teeth; younger patients may need additional ongoing preventive measures, such as orthodontics, to avoid more serious issues later in life. On top of routine general dental care, treatment for seniors and children can cause the costs of your family’s dental care to skyrocket. Fortunately, Doctors Network offers families throughout Alabama a highly affordable alternative to managing dental care costs with a direct dental plan.
