Dr. Payet attended the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and graduated in 1998. He's been a practicing dentist in Charlotte, North Carolina, ever since. However, Dr. Payet is what he calls an "eternal student," meaning he is always taking new opportunities to expand his knowledge and become a better dentist. He completed a rigorous program in 2021 to become a Qualified Dentist in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). Dr. Athena Vu earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University. She received her dental training and earned her DDS from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Vu continued her studies and passed the written and practical exams to become a certified C.D.T. She also completed 3 additional years of training in full-mouth reconstruction, removable/complete denture and implant reconstruction, and aesthetic management of crown and veneers. This earned her a Prosthodontics certification. Dr. Vu is also interested in Invisalign and incorporates the latest advances in dentistry technology into her practice. Her reputation is built on staying up-to-date with modern technology while also providing personalized family care to each of her patients.

Dr. Matthew Hubis prides himself on his quest for knowledge and his passion for continuing education. Since 2007, when he became a General Dentist, Dr. Hubis has attended many continuing education courses and has received licensure in numerous areas of dentistry, all for the sake of his private practice and his patients. As a fellow in the International College of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), Dr. Hubis offers top-quality implant planning, placing, and restoring, among other complex dental procedures. Dr. Hubis graduated from the College of Charleston and the Medical University of South Carolina. Today, he is a member of the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Hubis is also currently a mentor with CEREC doctors where he teaches other dentists how to utilize CEREC technology in their practices.
