Elizabeth D.

Dr. Kashat-Mansour took my wisdom teeth out a few months ago, and it was a fantastic experience. She thoroughly answered any questions and told me what would happen. Plus, it was pretty painless! I only took the pain meds for a few days, and the sockets had healed perfectly in a few weeks. Sadly, I got the flu a few days after the surgery, which I thought was a post-op infection. However, Dr. Kashat-Mansour reassured me and addressed any concerns I had. If I ever need another oral surgery, I will definitely go to Neighborhood Family Dentistry in Madison Heights, MI!

dental-implants-or-bridge

As children, we lose our baby teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, as adults, losing teeth means poor oral health. Gum disease could be responsible as well. Since missing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means oral health complications. You could have problems consuming solid foods. Problems talking are a common consequence. Finally, you could risk negative changes to your smile, or even your facial structure. You need a new private dentist in Saint Clair Shores, MI who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will help connect you to a dedicated dentist near you. After that, your new dentist can examine your smile to understand the factors behind your tooth loss. For less severe cases, a dental bridge could be placed, restoring smile function. For multiple missing teeth, partial dentures could offer a solution and address complicated tooth loss. Finally, a complete denture could be custom-made. While most fulls and partial dentures are removable, they could be supported with dental implants. Dental implants are secured like natural teeth, and prevent negative changes to your jaw and facial structure following missing a tooth.

If you live in the Saint Clair Shores area and need a solution for tooth loss, let us help. We can help you get started on receiving bridges or dentures. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered edentulism, and even if years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please applaud our dentists in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you suffer from a poor sleeping pattern, you may not assume a dentist near you could help. But in fact, dentists can often provide a comfortable option to treat sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition in which as you sleep, the soft palate and the back of your mouth collapse and interrupt your sleep cycle. People literally stop breathing briefly until the brain notices a drop in oxygen. Even as you assume you slept well, you could feel tired! But when is it necessary to talk to Doctors Network and find Saint Clair Shores, MI dentists who offer OSA treatment?

Symptoms of OSA include loud and frequent snoring. Daytime drowsiness, headaches, and trouble with interpersonal relationships could occur too. With no treatment, OSA could impact your immune system and increase the risk of heart disease. When you experience similar symptoms, consider talking to a dentist. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be helpful as a CPAP alternative, so you can finally sleep well.

This week we are celebrating our dentists near New York.

tooth-bonding

If you have a chipped tooth or a tooth that is misshapen or stained, then you might need cosmetic dentistry. With enameloplasty and dental bonding in Saint Clair Shores, MI, these cosmetic imperfections can be corrected in only one sitting. At Doctors Network, we aim to help connect you with a dental expert in Saint Clair Shores, MI who takes new patients and can tackle your oral health concerns. You may be surprised to discover just how much bonding and contouring can do in one appointment.

Dental restoration repairs esthetic concerns with composite resin materials. The composite resin, a blend of glass and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed onto the prepared area. Saint Clair Shores general dentists also use this material to address cracked or chipped teeth. With tooth contouring, the dentist simply sands the outer tooth surfaces to correct your damaged or malformed tooth.

This week we are celebrating our Brooklyn cosmetic dentists. With these two services, these dentists will be able to reshape malformed teeth, fixed broken or fractured teeth, mask teeth stains, and close gaps between teeth.

Nothing feels better than a full smile, but as we get older, most of us struggle with missing teeth. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to dental implants. Unlike traditional options, such as dentures or bridges, these are connected to posts placed into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are securely attached to these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but several decades with proper care.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you are wondering how much dental implants cost in Saint Clair Shores, you are not alone, but first, you should find a Saint Clair Shores dentist who can offer surgical placement of dental implants. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dental professional who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also works with walk-in patients. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network membership plan to reduce the cost of your procedure.

The dentist will carefully examine your smile. Underlying issues such as periodontitis may need to be addressed before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer replacement teeth that look and function like natural dentition!

However, it is also known for being the only state to touch all four of the Great Lakes, giving the state 3,100 miles of freshwater coastline—more than any other state or province in the world. Michigan is home to over 9.9 million people, and helping them all maintain a healthy quality of life has always been a priority for dental health experts who call the state home. With Doctors Network, dentists can now offer patients the high-quality professional dental care they deserve at drastically reduced prices, making it easier for families in Michigan to take good care of their smiles.
