Post-graduation, Dr. Nabavi received advanced training in root canal therapy, crown and bridges, surgical extractions, implant surgeries, restorations, removable dentures, hospital-based dentistry, and dentistry for patients with dental phobia during a general practice residency program with the Baltimore Veterans Affair Medical Center. He has been working there ever since. In 2002, Dr. Nuger, along with his friend and colleague Dr. Sircus, expanded his practice to Columbia.
