Since completing his formal education, Dr. Herr has dedicated himself to ongoing professional development. Dr. Razvan Jordache, DMD, was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, where he graduated from the prestigious "Carol Davila" School of Dental Medicine in 1994. Eager to further his education and pursue new opportunities, he moved to the United States and continued his dental studies at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, earning his DMD degree in 2000. He is an active member of both the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dr. Jordache is committed to providing exceptional, high-quality dental care to all of his patients, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible treatment in a warm and welcoming environment.

Dr. David Renaud is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He graduated with an undergraduate degree in 1989, then went back to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He became a member of the Rhode Island Dental Association soon after, as well as a practicing dentist. He now has over 25 years of experience. Today, he is an active member of the Donated Dental Services program and the American Dental Association.

​Dr. Ryan S. Lee works with Advanced Dentistry of Rhode Island to provide the Riverside, Barrington, and Providence communities with world-class dental care. He was introduced to the possibility of a career in healthcare at Northwestern University where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He then earned his master’s degrees in public health policy and management at Harvard University and A.T. Still University. Soon after, he earned his Doctorate and graduated with honors from New York University. He held the title of President of the American Student Dental Association. To complete his dental training, he went to Jersey City Medical Center for a General Practice Residency program, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to finish a 2-year Dental Oncology fellowship.

Since then, Dr. Lee has served as an assistant professor with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology, and Medicine at NYU College of Dentistry, a position he held from 2012-2015. Today, Dr. Lee is both a practicing dentist and the chief of the Department of Oral Health at Cambridge Health Alliance where he lectures Harvard School of Dental Medicine’s Resident Doctors. He is also the Chief Medical Officer at the New York Center for Dental Oncology.

Dr. Lee has served in the United States Army as a Major. He had the opportunity of meeting the Surgeon General at the White House in 2012. He was one of the servicemen deployed to New York and Massachusetts during the COVID-19 crisis and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal by the Commander of the Massachusetts Air Force National Guard, Brigadier General Virginia I. Gaglio.

Dr. Robert A. Conte has been a practicing dentist and educator for over 26 years. After graduating from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1993, he completed a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program. He opened his practice soon after. When he is not providing his patients with high-quality care, Dr. Conte is working as a visiting faculty member with Spear Education and CDocs.com or is educating other dentists as a Certified Henry Schein and Dentsply Sirona CEREC trainer. He is an active member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the American Dental Association, and the Rhode Island Dental Association. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a former President of the Kent County Chapter of the RI Dental Association.

Dr. Melvin Hanzel believes that dentistry should be about the patient, not the teeth. Dr. Hanzel earned his BA in biology at the University of Rhode Island. He attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his DMD. He then went to the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center as Chief Resident in Dentistry to complete a 2-year general practice residency program from 1978 to 1979. During this time, he also worked as a clinical instructor at NYU.

He moved back to Rhode Island immediately after his residency to work alongside his father, Dr. Harold Hanzel, at his practice. Since then, he has become a staff member of the Rhode Island Hospital and in 1982, he became the dental consultant for the hemophilia center. Much of his time at the hospital was spent receiving advanced training in various areas of dentistry including root canal treatment, sedation dentistry, oral surgery, internal medicine, and implant dentistry. He has also become specialized in placing tooth-colored fillings, and other cosmetic dentistry procedures.

Today, Dr. Hanzel is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Rhode Island Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Kevin Hagerty was inspired to enter the medical field by his obstetrician father. He graduated from Providence College and, after discovering that dentistry was his calling, earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

He then went on to earn his dental degree from the University at Buffalo in 2001. During his time in dental school, Dr. Chung excelled in both academics and hands-on experience, completing research projects and internships in oral surgery at Buffalo General Hospital and Erie Community Medical Center, as well as pediatric dentistry at Buffalo Women and Children’s Hospital.

Following graduation, Dr. Chung completed a residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where he treated medically complex patients and provided emergency dental care in the hospital's emergency room. Dr. Beamer’s love for dentistry began at a young age. Growing up in a dental family, she jokingly says she might have been destined for the profession before she was even born—her mother studied dentistry while pregnant with her! With her father also a practicing dentist, Dr. Beamer grew up surrounded by the dental world. At times, she even helped out with emergency patients in her father’s office on weekends. This early exposure and curiosity for the field only deepened over time, and her passion for dentistry continues to grow as she builds strong, lasting relationships with her patients.

Where Did Dr. Beamer Study Dentistry?
Dr. Beamer earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech before attending East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with honors. During her third year of dental school, she received the prestigious Dr. William S. Kramer Award of Excellence. Dr. Beamer was also involved in research projects focusing on oral lesions and dental care for cancer patients, and she has a published case report in the “Online Journal of Dentistry and Oral Health”.

Dr. Carmine L. Morreale is a highly experienced dentist with over 32 years of clinical practice, specializing in pain-free conscious sedation, cosmetic digital dentistry and the treatment of sleep apnea using oral appliance therapy. After earning his degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1986, he furthered his expertise by completing a residency in the sleep apnea program at Tufts. He is now a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the leading professional association focused on dental sleep medicine.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Morreale has held faculty positions at several prestigious institutions, including Harvard University School of Dental Medicine and Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Tufts University, where he continues to teach and mentor future dentists.
