Dr. Thind and her staff at Capital Smiles Dental are just awesome! I came to them for a second opinion on a root canal and I am glad I did, the whole thing was painless for me. They also were so patient answering all my questions and for that, I am so grateful! The staff is friendly and polite, and really good about talking to you and making you feel at ease. Dr. Thind herself is so professional and confident in the work she does. Scheduling is always so stress free here as well! I used to fear the dentist, but no longer! It would even be safe to say, I am looking forward to going back. 10 stars for the best dental practice in Trenton!

This place is great with kids, they’re very friendly and patient. My 7 year old son screams every time he sees needles, so getting his teeth removed was going to be a big ordeal. Dr. Vasilyev took his time with him, giving out hugs, comforting him, coaxing him, he did everything he could to get him to cooperate, but he was kind about it the whole time. Dr. Vasilyev and his assistant, who was also great, were finally able to extract the 3 teeth from my son’s mouth. My son didn’t have to go under anesthesia thanks to him and I didn’t have to take him to a specialty dental center, which was going to be my last resort just to get 3 baby teeth removed. We’re definitely coming back here.

When I met Dr. Cox, it had been years since I made a visit to the dentist and I may have lapsed a little in my dental care. My current dentist was not exactly what I was looking for and I had actually been searching for good dentistry in the Philadelphia area for some time. He said nothing but good things about working as a dentist at Absolute Smile, and because of this, I was eager to schedule an appointment. After I called it took only a few weeks before I was in, and during this time they were able to take care of most of my insurance paperwork, so I wouldn’t have to worry about doing it all on the day of. The office was clean and well maintained, the equipment was up to date and well taken care of, and to top it all off the staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. They helped me overcome my embarrassment at my teeth not being as well kept as they should have been, and the staff worked hard to get the most out of my insurance! Thanks to all of you at Absolute Smile!

As children, we lose our deciduous teeth over time. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is often due to injury. Periodontal disease leads to major tooth loss. Since missing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have problems with nutritional intake. Problems talking clearly may develop. Finally, you could risk damages to your smile, or even your facial structure. You need a dedicated Blue Cross Blue Shield dentist in The College Of New Jersey, NJ who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will help connect you to an amazing dentist in your location who accepts your insurance. Then, your new dentist can inspect your smile to assess your tooth loss. For minor cases, a dental bridge could be the best option, restoring smile function. For multiple gaps, partial dentures could offer a solution and address complicated tooth loss. Finally, a complete denture could be prescribed. While most fulls and partial dentures are removable, they could be stablized with dental implants. Dental implants are secured like natural teeth, and prevent negative changes to your mandible and maxilla and facial structure following losing a tooth.

If you live in the The College Of New Jersey‘s neighborhoods and have lost your natural teeth, let us know. We can get you started on receiving bridges or dentures. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dentists in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you suffer from chronic snoring, you may not realize it, but a dentist could help. But in fact, Blue Cross Blue Shield dentists can provide a comfortable and noninvasive option to help you breathe better while sleeping. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) means that as you sleep, the soft palate and the back of your mouth collapse and cause you to stop breathing. Patients literally stop breathing briefly until the brain notices a drop in oxygen. Even as you assume you slept well, you could feel tired! But when is it time to use the search tool on Doctors Network and find The College Of New Jersey, NJ dentists who could offer treatment with oral appliance therapy?

Sings of sleep apnea include chronic snoring. Daytime headaches, and trouble with interpersonal relationships could be factors too. With no intervention, OSA could affect your immune system and increase the risk of high blood pressure. When you suffer similar symptoms, consider talking to a dentist. Often, oral appliance therapy can be used to keep air passages clear while you sleep, so you can finally rest without sleep apnea symptoms.

This week we are celebrating our dental practices in New York, NY.

In childhood, many of us develop teeth grinding for short periods of time. The issue tends to be temporary. But for some, bruxism could mean chronic teeth grinding into and throughout adulthood, and the pressure from clenching and grinding your teeth could lead to major complications. Cracks, chips, and worn-down structures could cause discomfort. You’re also more likely to develop tooth decay or even dental abscesses, which is why if you have bruxism, you should consider using Doctors Network’s search tool to book an appointment with a dentist in The College Of New Jersey.

Your significant other may let you know you grind your teeth in your sleep. Otherwise, symptoms could include toothaches and tooth sensitivity. Treatment options vary. Some dentists bring relief by addressing the causes of teeth grinding. They could correct misalignment with clear aligners, or even replace missing teeth with prosthetics. Many offer treatment with custom and comfortable oral appliances. So don’t ignore the possible warning signs, talk to us about finding the right dentist in your area who accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Nothing feels better than an attractive smile, but as we age, many of us struggle with tooth loss. Missing teeth could lead to difficulty with eating and speaking, and can even lead to bone loss in the jaw. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to implants and fixed dentures. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as dentures or fixed partial dentures, these are connected to posts that act as new roots. Crowns or even prosthetics like bridges are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but possibly a lifetime with proper care.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you want to know how much dental implants cost in The College Of New Jersey, you are not alone, but first, you need to find a The College Of New Jersey dentist who can offer tooth replacement. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dentist who not only can address your tooth loss, but also accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can even register for a Doctors Network membership plan to reduce the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying factors may need to be addressed before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer quality prosthetics that look and function like natural teeth!

Residents of New Jersey know about closeness. Though the state takes up less than 9,000 square miles, it is home to over 8.9 million people, giving it the highest population density in the country (over 1,000 people per square mile). As the only state whose cities are all classified as metropolitan areas, residents of New Jersey know that taking good care of themselves is especially important to maintaining a healthy quality of life. For many people, the high costs of dental health care can make that challenging, but with the help of Doctors Network, local dentists can now mitigate that challenge for all New Jersey families. For most residents in New Jersey, dental insurance can help keep the costs of routine preventive care manageable, depending on the specifics of their plan. However, for those with inadequate insurance coverage, as well as for the 10% of residents who have no insurance at all, dental health care costs can quickly add up, especially when cosmetic, restorative, or prosthetic procedures are required. Direct dental plans from Doctors Network are designed to supplement existing insurance plans, or to provide an alternative for patients who do not have insurance. The plans ensure that all patients can receive the quality care they deserve at much more reasonable prices. For instance, checkups and cleanings are only $25 per visit, including X-rays when needed, as well as up to 90% discounts on all other services, such as fillings, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® clear braces, and more.
