I love Dr. Mehta! It is a small dentist practice in Houston, TX, so I never feel rushed, and they treat you like family here. I always feel comfortable here. They don’t have the best hours, but I have always been able to make an appointment for one or two weeks beforehand. Dr. Mehta is knowledgeable and friendly, and so are his dental tech and assistant. The office is spotless and never too cold or too warm, which is a problem I see a lot of medical offices have. They have large windows that let in a lot of natural light. He put this passion on hold after making the move to the United States, choosing to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering instead. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston, he worked as an electrical engineer for a few years but quickly realized that dentistry was his true calling. He attended the University of Texas Dental Branch where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001. He graduated valedictorian. That same year, he completed a postgraduate orthodontics training program at the University of Texas Health Science Center that inspired him to go back to dental school and earn a Master of Science degree in 2003.

As a practicing dentist, Dr. Hoang enjoys helping his patients achieve not only beautiful, healthy smiles but long-term results that last them a lifetime. He is primarily interested in Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and its relationship to ADD and ADHD in children. Dr. Brent Patterson is always excited by technological advances in the field of dentistry and is thrilled to be able to incorporate the latest dental technologies and techniques into his practice. He graduated from Texas City High School in 1989 and then attended Texas A&M University to earn his biomedical science degree. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UT Health Science Center Dental School in 1997. Two years later in 1999, Dr. Patterson opened his practice in Texas City. In 2005, he opened his second location in League City. Both offices have moved to larger locations since then, in 2016 and 2013 respectively. When he is not working with patients in the office, Dr. Patterson is researching Sleep Dentistry and finding ways to incorporate new Sleep Dentistry discoveries into his own work. He is one of the only dentists in the area qualified to help patients unwilling or unable to use a CPAP machine. Dr. Patterson is a member of the 9th District Dental Society.
