Doctors Network

Illinois is no stranger to change. For instance, the state built the first skyscraper in 1885 and permanently reversed the flow of the Chicago River in the early 1900s. Today, the state is home to over 12.8 million residents of all ages and backgrounds, and is a leading agricultural and economic producer for the rest of the country. In keeping with the spirit of progress, many dentists across Illinois have joined with Doctors Network to provide their patients with the high-quality professional dental care they deserve at highly discounted prices. By partnering with Doctors Network, dentists can offer their patients direct dental plans that help supplement their dental insurance, or provide an affordable alternative for patients who don’t have insurance at all.

While the costs for biannual dental checkups and cleanings are usually manageable for an individual, they can pile up quickly for families, especially without insurance coverage. Those costs are even higher when young children need corrective treatment, such as early orthodontics, or older patients need to replace lost teeth or undergo oral surgery. The good news is that direct dental plans help patients in Illinois, and across the country, save substantially on all forms of dental health care. With preventive checkups and cleanings as low as $25 per visit, families have a greater chance of reducing dental health costs by avoiding serious dental issues. Other treatments, including tooth fillings, crowns, teeth-whitening, veneers, Invisalign®, and more, will be reduced by up to 90%.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Riesberg at Jeffrey E Riesberg DDS in Highland Park, IL for the past few years. He’s been nothing but incredible! He’s done a few fillings, crowns, cleanings, and more for me. Every time, he’s explained the procedure thoroughly and told me about any costs so that I knew how much I had to pay out of pocket. His staff is generous and supportive. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m so pleased that Winnetka Dental Care has saved me from severe tooth pain twice now! Dental care is expensive, but when you’re in pain, you want only the best service. Dr. Raghian has done two root canals for me, and during my last visit, they noticed that my back tooth nerve was infected. I had to go to another dental facility where they did the same testing, but they costed way more than this place! I asked to be referred to an orthodontist, but they wouldn’t do it and told me I’d need to pay for the consult, which sounded ridiculous to me. I called Dr. Raghian’s office and booked an appointment for the following day. He was able to find the problem in my xray very quickly. I love that everyone here is so timely and that they remind you about your upcoming appointments. I don’t like throwing money away on huge dental issues, but when you’re in pain, you need relief however you can get it! They’re in a convenient little spot in Winnetka, IL, and they might be willing to work with you in terms of payment. If you need a new dentist, I highly suggest you check them out! I was hesitant at first, but they’ve definitely earned my trust!

Dr. Pusateri is a dental expert! He actually put off his lunch break so that he could fix my chipped front tooth - how sweet is that!? He’s attentive, takes his time, and treats your teeth like they’re a work of art, all kidding aside. Thank you Dr. Pusateri and staff at Mark D Pusateri DDS (Palatine, IL)! You’re the best dentist near me - hands down!

I went in for my first cleaning with Dr. Amante today, and I can’t wait to come back! This place is awesome. I brought my 2 year old daughter in to introduce her to the dentist and get her ready for her first visit. My daughter is shy and doesn’t really like meeting new people, but Dr. Amante was gentle with her and got her relaxed enough that he even got a quick examination in. I’m very happy with this dentist office near me, and so was my daughter.

The receptionist was so sweet and squeezed her in with Dr. Yoseph-Anhar the same day. He extracted her tooth and made her feel tons better. What is dental cleaning?

If you take good care of your teeth, you may be wondering why your dentist says you need this appointment every 6 months. There are several dental problems that you may miss at an early stage. They may not cause any pain, and may not demonstrate any visible signs. However, a dental prophylaxis appointment (teeth cleaning visit) can help your dentist diagnose these dental problems at an early stage. The term dental cleaning (prophylaxis) encompasses several techniques that are used by most dental personnel to professionally remove plaque, stain, and calculus (tartar) from patients’ teeth. Oftentimes, the toothbrush coronal polish (i.e. toothbrush and toothpaste) is a procedure that is used to remove plaque from teeth surfaces and demonstrate brushing techniques to caregivers for young kids and for patients with special needs who cannot tolerate using a rubber cup. The rubber cup coronal polish is a treatment in which a dental polishing paste is rubbed onto tooth surfaces with a rotary bristle brush or rotary rubber cup to remove plaque and stains from your teeth. Dental scaling is a procedure where hand or ultrasonic instruments are used to remove calculus or tartar and stains. Full mouth debridement may be needed as a preliminary treatment for those patients whose medical, psychological, physical, or periodontal conditions result in calculus accumulation beyond the scope of routine prophylaxis (regular teeth cleanings). These procedures expedite the clinical examination and introduce dental services to the patient. Also, the accompanying preventive appointment demonstrates proper oral hygiene techniques to the patient and/or caregivers. Flossing is an essential part of the prophylaxis that removes interproximal and subgingival (under the gum) plaque, aiding in educating the patient and enhancing the oral examination.

It was so easy to find a doctor and make an appointment. I didn't have to take hours to call different offices and find out who takes my insurance and who doesn't.

I'm a freelancer, so I can't buy insurance easily, so I always ended up paying a lot for doctors' visits. I signed up for a Doctors Network dental plan, and my dental cleanings cost only $25 now. If you don't have dental insurance I highly recommend it.

I fell off my bike and chipped my front tooth. I was able to find and book an appointment online right away. Next time I need an appointment I'll try Doctors Network again.
