Where Did Dr. Beamer Study Dentistry?
Dr. Beamer earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech before attending East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with honors. During her third year of dental school, she received the prestigious Dr. William S. Kramer Award of Excellence. Dr. Beamer was also involved in research projects focusing on oral lesions and dental care for cancer patients, and she has a published case report in the “Online Journal of Dentistry and Oral Health”.

After earning his degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1986, he furthered his expertise by completing a residency in the sleep apnea program at Tufts. At UCLA, Dr. Kao was awarded a full scholarship and was part of the Academic Advancement Program.
