She was the command dentist on a humanitarian mission to El Salvador, worked as a White House Social Aide to the President, and traveled globally as a combat medic, providing care to those who protect and serve our nation. After completing her military service, she returned to private practice and now serves as a managing partner at Arrowhead Family Dentistry. Dr. Elizabeth also continues to serve her country as a reservist in the United States Air Force.

I've been a patient here for 5 years now. The staff always makes sure I’m comfortable. I have to give a special shout out to the assistant, she’s absolutely wonderful. They let you listen to music to help you get distracted from the work they’re doing on your teeth if it makes you anxious. They even give you a card with your next appointment date on it. I couldn't believe it. I love this place so much that even if I have to move at some point in my life I plan on making my bi-annual appointments here, even if I have to fly to Phoenix.

I’m amazed by Thomas & Thomas Dental! I needed a new dentist when I moved to Phoenix, AZ, and Dr. Thomas had amazing reviews. I’ve had some traumatizing dental experiences before, so I was anxious at first. I went to him because I had tooth pain. After they took some x-rays, they found that an old filling dissolved underneath my tooth - you couldn’t tell by just looking at it! The office staff took their time and were able to see me really soon after I called. I strongly recommend this dental practice!
