I started coming to him for my dental needs 3 years ago after having been to a couple other dentists around town. Dr. Muscato is the greatest dentist I’ve ever been to. He listens to and respects his patients. He will gladly answer any of your questions or concerns, he’s very patient. He’s done fillings and crowns for me, and I’m very happy with his work. His staff, including the hygienists and receptionists, are great. They’re very friendly.

Dr. Pulkrabek is a lifesaver! I’d been looking for an affordable dentist I could trust, but I couldn’t find anyone. Visiting the dentist was never a great experience until someone told me to go to Family & Cosmetic Dental. I did do a bit of “dentist hopping” before finding the right one. Dr. Pulkrabek never tried to push unnecessary procedures, and he was truthful and direct. Plus, he’s really funny! He even suggested I get braces. I definitely needed them, but I couldn’t find a dentist that would provide stress-free ortho work. I’ve been seeing Dr. Pulkrabek for a few years. Though the commute is a bit much since we are on opposite sides of Phoenix, it’s worth it because I know I can trust him. I’ve seen a different hygienist with every appointment I’ve gone too, but they are all great at their jobs and fun to be around. I didn’t have dental insurance for a while, so I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. The staff at Adrian Pulkrabek DDS in Glendale was fantastic and very careful. They filled my cavity with the white filling instead of the old-fashioned silver filling, which actually sets differently. They also filed it down right away when I told them my bite wasn’t normal. Dr. Pulkrabek even called me over a holiday to make sure everything was alright. He and his staff are amiable, kind, and cordial. He’s the best dentist near me!

Dr. Sharon Bader was born in Trinidad, West Indies. In 1988, she earned her Bachelor of Science form the University of Toronto. In 1996, Dr. Bader graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor MI. She then enhanced her training by attending a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Bader has been a practicing dentist ever since, and she completes over 50 hours of post-graduate continuing education annually to stay up to date with current dental science, including advancements in techniques, materials, and dental implants.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University before earning his degree from Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas City. He also attended an oral surgery externships at the Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, and at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix while in dental school.

Dr. Tobon completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency after graduation in order to elevate his training in advanced oral surgery procedures such as dental implant surgery and endodontics. He is committed to dental excellence, which is why he has training in multiple aspect of dentistry including TMD therapy and computer-guided implant placement. He is a fellow and an active member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
