They really ensure every patient is taken care of properly. I needed some pain medicine because I had a tooth that needed a root canal (Dr. Raghian couldn’t fit me in for a while since I wanted the root canal and crown prep in the same appointment), so I called his office in tears from the pain. They paged him right away and filled a prescription for me. Not even five minutes after that, they called to tell me they had an opening and could get me in for my root canal the very next day! Hello! I was really spoiled by my last dentist, but Dr. Pusateri and his staff at Mark D Pusateri DDS in Palatine, IL made me feel so good that I knew they were going to be just as awesome! As soon as I arrived, I knew I was in for a great experience! About a year ago, I fractured the crown on my front tooth. A few weeks ago, I was eating a sandwich, and the crown split down the center. It was still in one piece, however, so I went on with my life until yesterday when I bit into my breakfast and ended up swallowing part of it! After my x-rays, impressions, and removing the old crown, they fit me for a new temporary crown. Dr. Pusateri has such a delicate touch, and he was genuinely worried about any pain I was experiencing, which I appreciated, even though it wasn’t that bad. Though the parking isn’t always great, it’s worth it! I’ll for sure go back. He’s my new favorite dentist! Everyone’s so friendly, and they have cutting-edge technology that makes any dental procedure (routine or complex) so much easier. If you have a dental emergency, just give them a call because they’re so helpful! They even help you figure out how to pay for your dental care; they understand that even though it’s necessary, it can be expensive. They’re also great if you’re scared or sensitive to dental work, and they’re excellent with kids! Plus, they enjoy giving back to the community. It’s like one big family, and once you’re a patient, you’re family too!
