Dr. Ross Lai has been a dedicated dental professional for over 35 years. Since earning his degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1985, he has run a private general restorative practice in downtown San Francisco, with a strong focus on implant dentistry.

After completing youth art school, she earned her nursing degree, which launched her career in healthcare.

In 1993, Svetlana and her family immigrated to the United States, settling in San Francisco, where they have since made their home. After obtaining her Registered Nurse license, she worked as a clinical nurse specializing in neurosurgery and orthopedics at UCSF Hospital.

Her nursing experience deepened her interest in the connection between oral health, nutrition, and overall well-being. Svetlana completed her pre-dental requirements at San Francisco State University and was accepted into UCSF School of Dentistry.

Upon graduating from UCSF in 2002, Dr. Yesin sought mentorship in holistic dental practices. She began integrating her education with the latest advancements in biological dentistry. It was an experience that reinforced his passion for helping others. Dr. Lim graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1998 and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Long Beach Veteran Hospital. Dr. Steve Galvan began his dental career at Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines, graduating in 1988 as a third-generation dentist. He opened his first practice in Fairfield, California, in 1995, and expanded by launching a second office in Concord, California, three years later. Dr. Alexander Ham grew up in Oakland, California, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of California, Davis. He then pursued his dental education at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry, where he was also commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Following graduation, Dr. Ham completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas, where he served as Chief Resident. He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years, achieving the rank of Captain and later becoming the Chief of Clinical Dentistry at Edwards Air Force Base in California.
