The receptionist was so kind and helpful. She got me in right away that morning. The hygienist was also kind and warm. She told me what kind of toothbrush and toothpaste I should use. I needed a lot of crown work done so I did some research and am so happy I found Dr. Jacob’s office. He had a lot of positive reviews on Doctors Network, and rightfully so. His staff is great. He will listen to any of your concerns, and he’s always very nice and caring. My wife now comes to Philadelphia for her dental work as well. Our son and daughter-in-law also come here. I feel lucky to have found Whitman Dental Center It has a relaxing atmosphere, the office is spotless and the receptionists, dental assistants, and dentists are very nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and they got me started with thorough but fast dental x-rays and a cleaning that wasn’t invasive at all. I've gone to Dr. Sebold for the past few years and am very happy with service across the board at Candy Sebold DDS. Dr. Sebold is great with children, and in addition to basic competency, is really considerate in ways I haven't experienced with other dentists in Brooklyn . Out of all the “adulting” tasks, going to the dentist is one of my least favorite. After looking at online reviews, I decided to call Dr. Lerner's office. I gave them my insurance information, and they called me back within an hour to help me schedule the appointment. The receptionist that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. She made scheduling an appointment very easy, especially for a new patient. When I arrived, multiple staff members greeted me very kindly. After being called back, they took me to get some x-rays done and then assigned me to a room. The office was clean and cozy. The staff is very charismatic. They're also very honest, which I greatly appreciate when it comes to a dentist. While I still don't like going to the dentist, I will be coming back in 6 months for my regular checkup. As long as I live in New York, New York, Dr. Howard Lerner will be my dentist.

Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me.
