As I was sitting in his waiting room, I overheard him telling his staff that they need to take amazing care of their customers, and they told him they agreed. Plus, Dr. Patoliya is also very determined and a bit of a perfectionist. His office, especially the waiting room, looks cozy, but everything is in a certain place and very clean and organized. Finally, Dr. Patoliya is one of the few medical professionals who will be as attentive as possible for as long as it takes to answer your questions and address your concerns. He also usually remembers tiny details you tell him and asks about it months later at your next appointment. He’s obviously very devoted to his patients. He loves what he does and tries to fix your mouth up as best as he can. And he wants to make sure you have a good time, no matter what’s going on with your teeth!

The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are the best in Uniondale, New York. The receptionist you a great job making the scheduling process very easy. The assistants are always professional and Incredibly kind. Dr. Kaufman runs a very efficient office, but his work is meticulous, and he interacts very positively with his patients. I appreciate the warmth that I feel every time I have an appointment. It's nice to feel such respect. I love the staff here so much that I have already referred multiple family members and friends to Dr. Kaufman's practice and will continue to do so. The office is clean, and they have a nice waiting room. I highly recommend this office!

I love going to see Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental. I’ve had dental anxiety for as long as I can remember, but since I started seeing Dr. Murphy, I’ve been much more at ease. Amazing! I’ve had many of my adult and child family members go to Advanced Dental Designs in Philadelphia, and so far, so good! Dr. Patoliya and his team are very inviting, and the hygienist are detailed and can teach you a thing or two! It may not have all the bells and whistles of a pediatric dentist, but they do a great job at keeping kids comfortable. Our child needed quite a bit of work, and this office estimated a much lower cost than the pediatric dentist we went to (we felt he was trying to overcharge us anyway). Plus, the treatment is much less invasive here! Everyone who works here is truthful and comprehensive, and I am so glad Dr. Patoliya is our new dentist. Everyone who loves him on Doctors Network is absolutely right!
