I hate going to the dentist, so I really haven’t gone to one even though I know I should. But one day, I saw that my teeth were starting to stain, so I decided to just get my cleaning. Dr. Patoliya’s office is sanitary and up-to-date, and the receptionist was super helpful. I didn’t even have to wait to be seen. They sat me in the dental chair and explained what my insurance covered and how much it would cost. They also told me that I could decline treatment and what would happen if I decided to do that. My hygienist was cool. She was very welcoming, fast, and aware of how scared I was. Following the X-rays and cleaning (no cavities!), they gave me an estimate for follow-up care and told me why I needed it. Hands down, this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been to this place a couple times to see Dr. Rosen. The office manager is kind and friendly, and she always calls me to make sure I’m doing OK after my appointments and procedures. One of my fillings cracked recently and it hurt a lot, but they fixed it for free because it was under warranty. This place is the best dental practice in Bensalem, PA, I’m so glad I found my permanent dentist in Bucks County. This is the best dentist office in the Kensington area in Pennsylvania. Everyone there is very professional, everyone shook my hand during introductions. A week after my visit a card that summarized my visit and even mentioned some of the personal stuff I brought up on it came in the mail. They really know their stuff there and are willing to go through everything with you. When I had my 1st root canal done Dr. Jacob was able to show me where the problem with my tooth was on an IPad. After my crown prep appointment, Dr. Jacob called me personally to check up on me and make sure I wasn’t in any pain. As someone in healthcare, I can say that these personal touches really matter because they make the patient feel important like they’re not just another patient. This dentist office in Philadelphia is great. There is another one that is closer to where I live, but I have to go to this one because of how great everyone is there.

I’ve been really particular about who my dentist is in the past, but I took a chance on these guys and I’m so glad I did. I usually like a woman to do my dental work, I feel like they’re more gentle, but Dr. Solanki did my root canal and a temporary crown, and I was very impressed. I’ve had multiple root canals done in the past and this was the easiest, fastest, most painless root canal ever! I couldn’t believe it. I can’t recommend this place enough to others in Philadelphia, I’m looking forward to finishing up my work.

I’ve been a patient at Hamilton Smiles for over a year now, and I love it. You never have to wait here. I trust Dr. Goyal and her staff completely, with anything from a root canal to a cleaning. They have TVs in all the rooms, I was able to watch my favorite movie while getting my teeth cleaned. I can tell the staff really love their job and enjoy working there. This place actually listens to my concerns, unlike other dentists I’ve been too. They’ve given me great tips on how to keep my teeth healthy and answer all my questions. Another great thing is it’s never hard to find parking here!

I hadn’t seen a dentist in Hamilton in over 8 years and was absolutely dreading going. But I was really surprised by my time here. I got to watch my favorite HGTV show the whole time and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Thind helped me thoroughly understand how she was going to approach all the work I needed to get done and helped me understand the fees under the plan. The dental assistant helped me get rid of my fear of the dentist. The whole staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!
