I was only in there for two hours, but they found the problem and fixed it right away. I had imagined that this would be just an assessment and then I would have to make another appointment to get the work done, but they were able to get it all done then and there. I went back a week ago for a cleaning and some fillings and everything was super easy. I'm so happy to no longer be in pain because of toothaches, and my teeth look and feel great. I’ve been to this place a couple times to see Dr. Rosen. The office manager is kind and friendly, and she always calls me to make sure I’m doing OK after my appointments and procedures. One of my fillings cracked recently and it hurt a lot, but they fixed it for free because it was under warranty. Dr. Khalil replaced my crown because another dentist didn’t fit it properly. Because of that awful crown, food would get stuck in the gap, so I had a lot of infections over the past few years. Dr. Patoliya at Advanced Dental Designs of Sellersville is an amazing dentist with a kind, skilled staff. I went to him for a second opinion after my last awful dentist told me I had a ton of dental issues that were going to be very costly to fix. The hygienist who cleaned and examined my teeth was careful and detail oriented. She was patient and was really thorough but also made sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Dr. Patoliya told me that my teeth looked excellent and that the procedures the other dentist tried to push didn’t need to be done. I really felt like he took care of me. This is the best dentist office in the Kensington area in Pennsylvania. Everyone there is very professional, everyone shook my hand during introductions. A week after my visit a card that summarized my visit and even mentioned some of the personal stuff I brought up on it came in the mail. They really know their stuff there and are willing to go through everything with you. When I had my 1st root canal done Dr. Jacob was able to show me where the problem with my tooth was on an IPad. After my crown prep appointment, Dr. Jacob called me personally to check up on me and make sure I wasn’t in any pain. As someone in healthcare, I can say that these personal touches really matter because they make the patient feel important like they’re not just another patient. This dentist office in Philadelphia is great. There is another one that is closer to where I live, but I have to go to this one because of how great everyone is there.

I was looking for a dentist closer to work so that I can use my lunch hour or go immediately after work to get the treatments. I found Dr. Kalyanaraman on the internet. He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.
