They have TVs in all the rooms, I was able to watch my favorite movie while getting my teeth cleaned. I can tell the staff really love their job and enjoy working there. I was only in there for two hours, but they found the problem and fixed it right away. I had imagined that this would be just an assessment and then I would have to make another appointment to get the work done, but they were able to get it all done then and there. I went back a week ago for a cleaning and some fillings and everything was super easy. I'm so happy to no longer be in pain because of toothaches, and my teeth look and feel great. I’ve been to this place a couple times to see Dr. Rosen. The office manager is kind and friendly, and she always calls me to make sure I’m doing OK after my appointments and procedures. One of my fillings cracked recently and it hurt a lot, but they fixed it for free because it was under warranty. This place is the best dental practice in Bensalem, PA, I’m so glad I found my permanent dentist in Bucks County. I’d been seeing a dentist near me, but since I spend most of my time in South River, NJ, I decided to find a dentist here. Dr. Khalil and his staff are awesome. My cleaning was super detailed, and the office staff is so kind. They even open the sterilized instruments in your presence, which makes me feel a lot better about the cleanliness! Dr. Khalil is great at explaining procedures and answering all my questions. I was fitted for a night guard at my last dentist, but I had been having issues with it. This is the best dentist office in the Kensington area in Pennsylvania. Everyone there is very professional, everyone shook my hand during introductions. A week after my visit a card that summarized my visit and even mentioned some of the personal stuff I brought up on it came in the mail. They really know their stuff there and are willing to go through everything with you. When I had my 1st root canal done Dr. Jacob was able to show me where the problem with my tooth was on an IPad. After my crown prep appointment, Dr. Jacob called me personally to check up on me and make sure I wasn’t in any pain. As someone in healthcare, I can say that these personal touches really matter because they make the patient feel important like they’re not just another patient. This dentist office in Philadelphia is great. There is another one that is closer to where I live, but I have to go to this one because of how great everyone is there.
