I came in first for an exam and then came back later for a crown at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring. Procedures were well explained in detail and questions promptly answered. Never seemed like there was a hurry or when asking questions. I'm very happy to have found a good dentist in the Bronx area. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’m so glad I found my general dentist at Kingston Dental Associates. The staff is kind, and it’s in a great location. I”m always happy with the work I get done here. I have a 15 year old daughter who hates going to the dentist, but she loves when they clean her teeth here. We go to the hygienist, and she makes us feel relaxed, and she also does a great and thorough job of cleaning our teeth. She really likes her job. If more people were like the staff at Kingston Dental Associates people wouldn’t hate going to the dentist, at least not in Kingston, NY.

And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

I am so excited to report that I have found my regular dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Lerner's office. Everyone on staff is so sweet! Typically, when I would go to the dentist, I would experience pain from all the poking and prodding and would end up with a massive bill for fillings or crowns. However, Dr. Lerner is different. I got an implant, and it was done in just 10 minutes. I felt no pain whatsoever. That was an absolute first for me. I have never had a painless dental visit in my life. The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing. She had such a great personality--making me laugh and easing my anxiety. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
