I’ve been having a lot of toothaches and wanted to see what was going on. The staff strived to make comfortable and were very kind. I was only in there for two hours, but they found the problem and fixed it right away. I had imagined that this would be just an assessment and then I would have to make another appointment to get the work done, but they were able to get it all done then and there. I went back a week ago for a cleaning and some fillings and everything was super easy. I'm so happy to no longer be in pain because of toothaches, and my teeth look and feel great. A week after my visit a card that summarized my visit and even mentioned some of the personal stuff I brought up on it came in the mail. They really know their stuff there and are willing to go through everything with you. When I had my 1st root canal done Dr. Jacob was able to show me where the problem with my tooth was on an IPad. After my crown prep appointment, Dr. Jacob called me personally to check up on me and make sure I wasn’t in any pain. I had the first phase of a molar implant put in by a dentist while living out of state. It took a while to find a helpful dental staff and dentist to review my charts and x-rays for implant continuation ahead of my visit. Turns out, larger screw old school implants are not supported by all dentist, but some are happy to charge you money to tell you that (despite giving them the specifications ahead of time). Anyways, I was careful to screen dentists in Brooklyn after I was misled by another dentist when I was back home for a "free consultation" that was certainly not free, as they charged my insurance. Dr. Sebold and staff not only made sure that they could work on the type of implant I had put in; they even secured a pre-authorization letter very quickly. I am forever grateful for the help in moving along in the dental implant process. My #18 molar has been missing the opportunity to chew on tougher foods. Dr. Sebold’s office is clean and very modern. Highly recommend.

The office staff conveniently sent me a detailed plan/quote of the work to be done in advance of the appointment. The waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing, and the pleasant experience continues while having dental work done. I have never had a dentist appointment that went so well. I highly recommend G.
