Dr. Tsai began his dental journey at the University of California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He then continued his education at Saint Louis University, where he obtained his Master of Science in Orthodontics, specializing in the field.

It is with great honor that Dr. Kyle S. Low has been chosen by Dr. Jack von Bulow to continue the legacy of Temple City Dental Care. Dr. Low has had the privilege of knowing Dr. von Bulow for three years, first as a mentor and now as a friend.

Dr. Low met Dr. von Bulow in 2019 at an Invisalign CE Course in San Jose, CA. This course was one of the most prestigious advanced Invisalign education programs for general dentists, with attendees selected by their peers and handpicked by the course director. Dr. Low, excited and nervous, found himself seated next to Dr. von Bulow, who was a chapter president and invited him to join his group. Dr. von Bulow’s infectious energy and enthusiasm made a lasting impression on Dr. Low, and the two stayed in contact through WhatsApp, a vital connection during the challenging times of 2020.

Dr. Low’s journey into dentistry was an unconventional one. Initially working in the import/export industry, he realized he wasn’t fulfilled and sought a career in healthcare. The hands-on, problem-solving nature of dentistry and the opportunity to shape his own practice inspired him to make a life-changing decision. Four months after proposing to his wife, Lena, Dr. Low left his job and enrolled in Chapman University’s Post-Baccalaureate program, where he completed the science courses needed to apply to dental school. He then attended UCLA School of Dentistry, earning his DDS degree in 2017. Dr. Low further honed his skills through a one-year residency at UCLA Venice Dental Center, where he was introduced to Invisalign, setting the stage for his path to meet Dr. von Bulow.

Dr. Low is both humbled and honored to carry on Dr. von Bulow’s mission of “Making a world-class difference for others and making dentistry fun.” With years of experience serving the San Gabriel Valley in South Pasadena since 2018, Dr. Low brings not only his professional expertise but also his personal life, including his three children—ages 7, 4, and 7 months—and his devoted partner, Lena, whom he has been with for the past 11 years. Through his work with Dr. von Bulow, Dr. Low has been deeply inspired by his vision for dentistry, his passion for the community, and his dedication to service. Dr. Low shares this same commitment to providing excellent care with empathy, integrity, and a focus on building relationships based on trust and respect.

Dr. Manali Patel, originally from India and raised in California, is a dedicated dentist with a passion for both her craft and continuous learning. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, earning her bachelor’s degree in science. Later, as a Dean’s List student at UCLA School of Dentistry, Dr. Patel received exceptional education and training, earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She further enhanced her skills through UCLA’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry program, specializing in full mouth rehabilitation, implants, and restoration. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys acrylic painting, landscape drawing, and practicing yoga. She is a happily married woman who loves baking, hiking, and embracing new experiences. Her lifelong commitment to learning motivates her to continually expand her knowledge, so she can better serve her patients and her community. Dr. Patel finds the most fulfillment in helping her patients achieve their smile goals and seeing the boost in their confidence. Building trust with each patient and forming meaningful relationships is what she values most in her practice. A strong believer in giving back, Dr. Patel participates in dental missions, including trips to Jamaica, and hopes to support education for children in developing countries, especially focusing on empowering young girls through education.

With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Jatin Shah has dedicated his career to providing exceptional dental care. He earned his degree from the Government Dental College & Hospital in Bombay in 1982. After taking the California Dental Board exam, Dr. Shah began practicing in Los Angeles in 2003. In 2007, he opened his practice in La Habra, where he resides with his family, and is known for being available as an Emergency Dentist in the area. Dr. Shah firmly believes that quality is never an accident. It is always the result of clear intentions, genuine effort, expert guidance, and precise execution. Dr. Frank Chang earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2003, and further advanced his training with a prestigious endodontic internship at the same institution. With more than seventeen years of experience practicing in Southern Orange County, Dr. Chang has developed a well-rounded expertise in all areas of dentistry, specializing in cosmetic and family dentistry. He is deeply committed to providing high-quality dental care and sharing his knowledge to benefit the community.

Since beginning her dental career in 2009, Dr. Seran Ng has become widely recognized for her gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to treating children, especially those facing complex dental challenges, multiple cavities, or dental anxiety. Known for creating a stress-free and welcoming environment, Dr. Seran is dedicated to making dental visits a positive experience for every child.

Born in Hong Kong, Dr. Seran comes from a family with a strong dental legacy, with her great-grandfather being a dentist. She completed her dental studies at Temple University in Philadelphia before advancing her training with a year-long oral surgery program at Tufts University and Tufts Medical Center in Boston. After moving to California, she volunteered at the Kids Community Dental Clinic, where she discovered her passion for pediatric dentistry. To further enhance her skills, Dr. Seran completed an additional two years of specialized training in pediatric dentistry, hospital dentistry, sedation, and interceptive orthodontics at UNLV School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Seran and her team at Kids Dental Home are excited to continue serving the La Puente community. Her goal is to provide a comfortable, child-friendly environment where children can learn about dental health, receive essential care, and develop lifelong habits for maintaining their smiles. The practice is designed to ensure that every visit is enjoyable and anxiety-free, using creative and relaxing techniques to help children, particularly those with dental fears, feel at ease.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Seran is a faculty member at UCLA School of Dentistry, where she teaches dental students in community dental settings. Dr. Johanna Paco earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She went on to graduate from the University of Southern California Dental School in 1991, where she was recognized for her excellence in oral pathology. Dr. Paco has been an integral part of the Cottage Dental team since 1997. Dr. Paco is passionate about providing high-quality dental care in a warm and compassionate manner. She is highly skilled in various advanced dental treatments, including sedation for anxious patients, creating same-day crowns, performing laser dentistry, and offering Invisalign services. Outside of her dental practice, Dr. Paco works alongside her husband to educate others about the importance of nutrition and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. She is also a certified personal trainer and enjoys spending time with her family, including her nine grandchildren. In her spare time, Dr. Paco enjoys reading personal development books, dancing, exercising, and serving in the Children’s Ministry at her church.

Dr. Danny Wu is a highly regarded dentist serving the Baldwin Park area, committed to providing exceptional dental care with a compassionate and personalized approach. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the nation's top dental schools. Following his graduation, Dr. Wu completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, gaining specialized training in implants, endodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Wu takes great pride in working with patients of all ages, offering individualized care and treating each person like family. His friendly and caring nature ensures that every patient feels comfortable and valued throughout their treatment. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wu enjoys watching sports, staying active at the gym, and spending time with his loved ones. Dr. Paresh B. Kumar has been providing exceptional dental care in La Puente for the majority of his career. He began his academic journey at the University of Birmingham in England, where he completed his undergraduate studies. With a strong passion for aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Kumar has dedicated the past 25 years to advancing his skills in implant and cosmetic dentistry, including bone augmentation. He has completed extensive training in both comprehensive and advanced implant dentistry programs.

Dr. Kumar holds an Associate Fellowship from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and is an active member of the organization. He is also certified in Six Month Smiles and has specialized in full smile reconstructions for over two decades. Dr. James Shon, DDS, FICOI, was raised in Los Angeles, CA, and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in general biology from the University of California, San Diego. He continued his education at the esteemed New York University College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Shon then advanced his training with a General Practice Residency at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Additionally, he received specialized implant training at the California Implant Institute and earned a fellowship from the Implant Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).

With over a decade of experience, Dr. Shon is known for his dedication to providing top-quality dental care. He is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and is committed to helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Dr. Roshan Jardosh is a skilled and compassionate dentist who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. He further honed his expertise through a postdoctoral residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Buffalo.

Dr. Jardosh started his dental career in Maryland, where he established a practice near Washington, D.C. His commitment to patient care and the glowing reviews from the local community confirmed his belief that dentistry is about building trust and putting patients’ needs first.

In pursuit of being closer to family, Dr. Jardosh relocated to California and recently acquired a practice in La Puente. He brings a patient-centered approach to family and cosmetic dentistry, offering personalized, high-quality care in a comfortable and affordable setting.

Dr. Hang Pham was raised in Orange County as one of seven siblings, where she learned the importance of support, discipline, and gratitude from her parents. These values have shaped her both personally and professionally, guiding her on a path where helping others is at the core of her mission. Inspired by her childhood dentist, Dr. Pham began working as a part-time dental assistant while attending college full-time. After experiencing a difficult dental appointment as a child, she became passionate about making dental visits comfortable and stress-free for others, especially those who share her childhood fears. Dr. Pham earned her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from California State University, Long Beach, before pursuing her dental degree at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship. Although leaving her family and familiar surroundings was a significant challenge, it became a defining experience that helped her grow both as a person and as a dentist. Today, Orange County will always be her home, where she returned after her studies. Committed to advancing her skills, Dr. Pham constantly seeks out new learning opportunities. She invested 264 hours at the KOIS Center in Seattle in 2021, one of the leading dental education programs in the U.S., to further hone her expertise. This investment allows her to bring cutting-edge, evidence-based treatments to her patients, ensuring better results and long-lasting smiles. Since 2010, Dr. Pham has been the proud owner of All Day Smile in Fullerton, a practice that feels more like a close-knit family than a traditional dental office. Dr. Hwang is a dedicated dentist serving the communities of Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, and Costa Mesa. His career is marked by a unique blend of clinical expertise and academic involvement, having served as an adjunct professor in prosthodontics at USC School of Dentistry. He is a well-respected figure in general dentistry and is known for his work in dental implants, thanks to his advanced training in this specialized area.
