My friend recommended Mesa Dental Care and Dr. Nia and her hygienist a couple months ago, and I finally made an appointment the other day. They were very friendly on the phone, answered the questions I had about my discount dental plan that I signed up for in office, and they got me scheduled for the next week. When I got there the Patient Care Coordinator (what an awesome title) made me feel very comfortable. She went through a more detailed explanation of how my dental plan in Mesa Dental Care would work with the procedures that were going to be done. Then I met the doctors, who were even more friendly and professional than they were over the phone, which I didn’t think was possible. They walked me through the whole procedure and explained why photos and x-rays of my mouth were necessary. I think they could tell I was nervous and that I needed all the information they gave me in order to be reassured. I’ve had Mesa dentists who don’t answer my questions or tell me I need procedures that I really didn’t need, they just want to get more out of me. Dr. Nia didn’t do that. I usually hate dentists, but I’m very happy with this place’s work. I completely trust, and would recommend them to anyone, they really know their stuff.

So many dentists told me to get my wisdom teeth removed because they never grew in like they should have, so I went to Thomas & Thomas Dental in Phoenix, AZ to get them taken out once and for all. They gave me a sedation option, but I chose to be conscious for the procedure. Dr. Thomas extracted my wisdom teeth and did a fantastic job. He numbed my jaw with Novocain, so I didn’t feel any pain. He injected the Novocain into my gums, but it felt like a massage instead of the usual pinch. If you need a basic cleaning or even some extensive dental work, go to this office. He listens to and respects his patients. He will gladly answer any of your questions or concerns, he’s very patient. He’s done fillings and crowns for me, and I’m very happy with his work. I've been a patient here for 5 years now. The staff always makes sure I’m comfortable. I have to give a special shout out to the assistant, she’s absolutely wonderful. They let you listen to music to help you get distracted from the work they’re doing on your teeth if it makes you anxious. They even give you a card with your next appointment date on it. I couldn't believe it. I love this place so much that even if I have to move at some point in my life I plan on making my bi-annual appointments here, even if I have to fly to Phoenix.

I have been seeing Dr. Ghandhi at Dentistry at Greenway for a while now. I am very satisfied with this practice. They must give employees a personality test before hiring them because everyone working there is so personable and friendly. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The office is nice and clean and all of the rooms have up-to-date equipment. I’ve had emergencies from time to time and they always find a way to fit me in. I've never had to wait very long, either.
