Today, Dr. Dorsey is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the National Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Shortly after this, Dr. Wang earned her DMD degree from Temple University in the US and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program. From Temple University, Dr. Wang won first place in Science in Dental Practice as well as the Dean’s Award for the Senior Student who Provided the Most Clinical Care in 2019. She was also awarded the first place E-poster Award of 2021 by the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Wang won the Case Presentation Award for Excellence in 2019 and was also recognized by the Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Today, she is a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), the Academy of Osseointegration, and the National Honor Dental Society. She is a Fellow with ITI and gives lectures for continuing education courses.

Dr. Wendy Rose-Hyatt was born to be a dentist. Ever since the age of 12, watching her father in his own dental office inspired her to continue his legacy and become a dentist herself. After earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Dr. Rose-Hyatt became a practicing dentist. In 1989 she began working alongside her father in the practice he founded in 1967, Rosedale Dental.

Today, Dr. Rose-Hyatt practices with Caring Dental and is proud to be upholding the family tradition, treating patients in the greater Baltimore, Bel Air, and White Marsh areas with high-quality and compassionate dental care. Some of the patients that she continues to treat today were her father’s patients! Maybe someday they will be her children’s patients, too, as both Dr. Rose-Hyatt’s children have also become dentists with Caring Dental.

When Dr. Rose-Hyatt is not working with patients in her office, she is traveling the world, volunteering her dental services to those in need. She has attended numerous dental missions to Belize in Central America.

Dr. Laura A. Dougherty was inspired to become a dentist after her own dentists improved her smile and gave her confidence as a child. Her goal in life is to do the same for her patients. Dr. D attended the University of Delaware and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 2001. She then went to the University of Maryland’s Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2006. Afterwards, she completed a general practice residency program with Christiana Care. Once she completed her education, Dr. D became a practicing dentist and worked for 11 years before opening Dougherty Dental Solutions in 2018.
