The staff is so sweet and extremely detailed, even with my sensitivities. I live in Cleveland now and still see them when I'm visiting my parents in New York because they are THAT amazing. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Shahin was very helpful. I needed 2 wisdom teeth extractions and he took care of it my very first visit because I was in so much pain. It didn’t hurt at all and he was very caring during the entire process. He is definitely going to be my new dentist now on.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu for 5 years. She has always been very upfront with me about the services I require. You know you're really getting procedures you need, and they take into consideration all of the special circumstances you bring to light. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. The hygienist should win an award for how well they explain everything and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone in the Jackson Heights area do before. I’ve never actually taken the time to write an online review, but I had a great experience at Lucky Dental, so I thought I’d give it a try. Dr. Azbel is very accommodating and personable. The office is well kept and has the latest equipment. Dr. Azbel provides the best quality customer service one could ask for. The staff takes their time to do things correctly. I’m normally pretty leering of dentists, so I’m glad to have found one that I actually enjoy going to. It was a painless experience. Overall, I’d say Lucky Dental is a great practice. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Dr. Goyal and her staff are great! I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while now, and I”m so glad I found Hamilton Smiles. The last place a friend referred to me did not do a great job, I left that place still in pain. They also always claimed there was nothing wrong with my teeth. I finally called Hamilton Smiles to give them a try and as soon as they heard about my pain they scheduled me in for an emergency appointment the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly when I walked in. Dr. Goyal was able to immediately recognize that the pain was caused by nerve bruising and a fissure in my filling.
