While attending university, he also completed a dental externship program at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He went to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania’s Maxillofacial Surgery Department to complete an internship program as well. During this internship, he spent time treating children at the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Barati also spent time as an educator, teaching the next generation of dentists as a part-time teacher at Penn while working at several private practices. In 2005, he began working with Dr. Tom Forte, who he continues to work with today. I just had a wonderful experience at Albert A. Khalil DDS in South River, NJ. I accidentally chipped two of my teeth late last night, so I called them this morning. They said they didn’t have any appointments but said they’d ask Dr. Khalil if he could fit me in somehow. A couple of hours after that, they called back and said they could see me between appointments. Dr. Khalil and his staff were very inviting and competent. I got out of there in less an hour, and I only paid $350, which I thought was very little because I have awful dental coverage. I’m so happy with the experience, and my teeth look great! Hopefully, the work he did lasts a long time.

The last place a friend referred to me did not do a great job, I left that place still in pain. They also always claimed there was nothing wrong with my teeth. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly when I walked in. Dr. Goyal was able to immediately recognize that the pain was caused by nerve bruising and a fissure in my filling. Dr. Patoliya at Advanced Dental Designs of Sellersville is an amazing dentist with a kind, skilled staff. I went to him for a second opinion after my last awful dentist told me I had a ton of dental issues that were going to be very costly to fix. The hygienist who cleaned and examined my teeth was careful and detail oriented. She was patient and was really thorough but also made sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Dr. Patoliya told me that my teeth looked excellent and that the procedures the other dentist tried to push didn’t need to be done. I really felt like he took care of me. I hadn’t seen a dentist in Hamilton in over 8 years and was absolutely dreading going. But I was really surprised by my time here. I got to watch my favorite HGTV show the whole time and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Thind helped me thoroughly understand how she was going to approach all the work I needed to get done and helped me understand the fees under the plan. The dental assistant helped me get rid of my fear of the dentist. The whole staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!

I came across C K Galdieri because it was 8pm and I was in desperate need of a dentist here in Elmwood Park before a trip the following day. I went and researched online and found C K Galdieri instantly. I wasn't expecting much, but was instantly blown away with the service I have received from everyone on staff. The office is clean and comfortable. Everyone, especially Dr. Galdieri, is happy and my dental work was excellent. In the end I had to get a few fillings and a crown. But, unlike the past, I was able to get it all done in one day! Not to mention, they brought me a blanket when I mentioned in passing that I was cold! Talk about customer service! This place has a knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to staff. I broke my back molar and was in so much pain that I had to call Dr. Rosen I called at 12:30pm and they had me in the dental chair 15 minutes later. They didn’t take their lunch break and instead chose to take care of me. Dr. Rosen is an excellent dentist in Bensalem. I was in and out of that place in 45 minutes. I had a build up and a crown done, with almost no pain. If you want high-quality service and a caring doctor you should go see Dr. Rosen. I’m so glad I found my permanent dentist. The office is the cleanest dentist in Bensalem PA I’ve ever been to. They sterilize everything, including the drills, and the handles on the overhead lights are wrapped after each patient. They really care about their patients, and I can’t thank them enough.

I’m so impressed with K Dental Smiles in Freehold, NJ! My manager actually referred me to Dr. Khetani when I had a broken veneer. I really wanted to find a reasonably priced but durable way to fix it instead of buying a new veneer because they’re really expensive! Without a doubt, Dr. Khetani is the nicest, most considerate and most experienced dentist I’ve ever been to. She really cares about her patients, and she acted like I’d been going to her forever. I could tell she was really concerned about my overall health. She fixed my broken veneer, which was just a cosmetic issue but repairing it really boosted my confidence. She also offered to check out the rest of my mouth. She said there were some fillings I really needed, and she really took care of me. She didn’t just fix my veneer and say goodbye, but she also didn’t push any treatments onto me either. She was so patient and answered every question I had. All in all, she was so sweet and authentic, and she really cares about her patients. She, her office, her team, and her chairside manner are the best in the business! My aunt referred me to Dr. Lerner’s practice. I'd been in pain for over a month, so it was a relief to learn that they could schedule me for an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, the staff greeted me very pleasantly. I barely waited 5 minutes before being taken back to get worked on; however, they apologized profusely for being “late.” After getting x-rays taken, I met Dr. Lerner, who was very understanding of my dental anxiety. He kept me very comfortable during the exam. I went back the following week for a root canal, which was painless. Although Dr. Lerner said that it was possible I would have pain the next day, I didn't feel a thing. I will be going in for another appointment later this week, and surprisingly, I’m not anxious. That’s a first. I have since referred multiple friends to Dr. Lerner's office. It's only fair to tell others about the great customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

This is my second trip to Armstrong Dental Studio for more than just a regular cleaning. This time I had a root canal and crown done on the same tooth, but no worries, it was completely pain free! They all did great checking up on me, even Dr. Armstrong himself called me the next day. He was awesome about checking on how I was doing during the entire process. All the staff is amazing and personable, so welcoming and happy to help. Nice dentist to have here in New York!

Shay Dental is the only place I’ve been able to take my teenage daughter who is terrified of the dentist. Dr. Shay was so kind to him and calmed his nerves as soon as he stepped foot in the office. He patiently explained every step of the process and checked on how he was doing. Dr. Shay said we could even come back for a second cleaning visit if need be. The moment I saw my daughter smiling as she walked out of the dentist's office, I knew we had found the one. The next day, Dr. Shay followed up with a sweet note telling my daughter how well he did. It was so thoughtful! Now, the rest of my family will be going to visit Dr. Shay! Three cheers for the absolute best dentist in New York!

Dr. Grinberg and the assistant are very kind, gentle, and friendly. I recently moved and was worried about finding a new dentist in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, but this place is great, and I look forward to coming back. Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

I have been really impressed with Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, and I just can’t believe the couple of reviews that are negative. This is an incredibly busy dental office that’s always packed with patients. Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff work so hard to accommodate everyone’s needs--I guess you just can’t please everyone. Dr. Kalyanaraman is very skilled, and his staff is very pleasant. The prices are affordable, too. I’ve introduced my friends’ kids to this place, and they absolutely love Dr. Kalyanaraman. He’s seen hundreds of patients, and his skills are outstanding.

I always feel at home at Dr. Grinberg’s office. Everyone is kind and they’re great with my kids. I’m so glad they’re willing to entertain my kids when I have to bring them to appointments. They’re very kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Grinberg’ is the greatest dentist in Brooklyn. I”m so glad I found my family dentist in Sheepshead Bay, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I've gone to Dr. Sebold for the past few years and am very happy with service across the board at Candy Sebold DDS. Dr. Sebold is great with children, and in addition to basic competency, is really considerate in ways I haven't experienced with other dentists in Brooklyn . For example, she puts Vaseline on our lips to keep them moist and un-chapped. Love Candy Sebold DDS.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu for 5 years. She has always been very upfront with me about the services I require. The office is beautiful and spacious, definitely unlike any dentist I’ve been to as a kid. The employees are so sweet, youthful, and full of life. Dr. Borgella simply went above and beyond, they are that amazing. Boy have I learned a lot about other dental offices in the Bronx region. After going to several other dental offices in 2016 I vowed to change my insurance back just so that I could come back to Reginald Borgella DDS and it was the best decision ever. Their staff is professional, kind, informed, and friendly. They know what they're doing and are honest about what's going on with your dental health. As a great example, the dental office I went to three months ago told me I had 4 cavities that needed fillings; here I was told that I only had 2 small ones. I just got back from filling those 2, without lidocaine and without pain! A seamless experience - I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Borgella is the dentist you want to go to. Where the other dentists just wanted to slap on a nightguard, they did a thorough assessment and showed me better options, even figuring out the main cause of my tmj, that other dentists/orthodontists didn't realize before. Making appointments at Dr. Borgella’s is a breeze and those staff at the front desk are so great. Everyone working here makes you feel cared for and truly does what they can to make you comfortable. The waiting room is also super comfy and relaxed.

Today my crown came loose and I found out my insurance didn't auto enroll me this year. Not only did I get a same day appt at Queens Central Dental, but after the dental review I was offered three options with different costs – all within my price range. I ended up with a new crown and bought the dental insurance offered right there. I really appreciated how the procedures were explained to me. It’s clear that Dr. Ames is very knowledgeable and provides great patient service. I didn't wait at all when I first arrived.
