This place is great with kids, they’re very friendly and patient. My 7 year old son screams every time he sees needles, so getting his teeth removed was going to be a big ordeal. Dr. Vasilyev took his time with him, giving out hugs, comforting him, coaxing him, he did everything he could to get him to cooperate, but he was kind about it the whole time. Dr. Vasilyev and his assistant, who was also great, were finally able to extract the 3 teeth from my son’s mouth. My son didn’t have to go under anesthesia thanks to him and I didn’t have to take him to a specialty dental center, which was going to be my last resort just to get 3 baby teeth removed. We’re definitely coming back here.

I was previously working in Hawaii where family dental was not the best and coming back to Philadelphia I began searching for a good dentist right away. It didn’t take me long to find Absolute Smile. The staff was all very friendly and the fact that the office is available on Sundays is a nice bonus to those of us who have to work on weekdays. Very clean office, and rooms as well. Dr. Kurudimov made me feel so welcome and taken care of, I will probably keep coming here for the rest of my life!

As kids, we lose our primary teeth as our smile develops. However, in adulthood, losing teeth is caused by oral health issues. Gum disease leads to major tooth loss. Since missing teeth at adulthood isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have difficulties consuming solid foods. Problems speaking could occur. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile alignment, or even your facial structure. You need a skilled Aetna dentist in Audubon, NJ who can replace missing teeth. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help locate one.

First, we will help connect you to an awesome dentist in your area. After that, your new dentist can evaluate your smile to diagnose the conditions for your missing teeth. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be placed, addressing one to three lost teeth in a row. For multiple gaps, partials could offer a solution and address complicated tooth loss. Finally, a complete set of dentures could be prescribed. While most complete dentures and partials are removable, they could be supported with titanium implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and stimulate bone preservation in your mandible and maxilla and facial structure following tooth loss.

If you live in the Audubon‘s neighborhoods and need a solution for tooth loss, let us help. We can help you get started on receiving bridges or dentures. A full smile is possible, even if you’ve suffered complete tooth loss, and even if many years have gone by since that happened!

P. S. Please applaud our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you experience a sleep disorder, you may not think a dentist could help. But in fact, Aetna dentists can often provide a noninvasive and comfortable option to help you breathe better while sleeping. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) means that when you sleep, the soft palate and the tissues around the throat collapse and cut off airflow. Patients with OSA actually stop breathing briefly until the brain notices a drop in oxygen. Even if you assume you slept well, you could feel tired! But when is it time to contact Doctors Network to find Audubon, NJ dentists who provide treatment options?

Warning signs could include snoring on a nightly basis. Daytime drowsiness, headaches, and even moodiness could be factors too. Without intervention, sleep apnea could even strain your immune system and increase the risk of heart disease. When you experience similar symptoms, consider seeing a dental professional. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be helpful as a CPAP alternative, so you can finally sleep well.

This week we are honoring our dentists near NYC.

If you have a broken tooth or one that is misshapen or stained, then you need a cosmetic treatment. With tooth reshaping and tooth-color fillings in Audubon, NJ, these aesthetic imperfections can be can be addressed with lifelike results. At Doctors Network, we are here to help connect you with a dental expert in Audubon, NJ who accepts Aetna and offers cosmetic dentistry. You may not believe just how much these two treatments can do in one appointment.

Tooth-colored restoration repairs aesthetic concerns using a metal-free material. The composite resin, a mixture of glass-like and acrylic particles, is shaded and placed in the tooth preparation. Audubon cosmetic dentists also use this material to address cracked or chipped teeth. With dental contouring, the dentist simply buffs and polishes the outer tooth structure to correct issues with a tooth’s balance and shape.

Today we are celebrating our Brooklyn cosmetic dentists. Using these two services, these dentists will be able to reshape malformed teeth, repair dental damage, mask unattractive teeth stains, and even close gaps between teeth.

Periodontal disease is very widespread. In fact, studies from the CDC reveal about 50% of adults over the age of thirty require treatment for periodontal concerns. Without treatment, gum disease could cause uncomfortable symptoms. Also known as periodontitis, this is actually one of the most common causes of missing teeth. All that to say, when you develop the symptoms of the disease, you need to see a professional as soon as you can. Sore, red gums that bleed easily, along with receding tissues, are common indicators that you need to see a Audubon dental clinic.

Doctor Network’s dentist search tool can help connect you with restorative dentists in Audubon NJ that accept Aetna and can offer a treatment plan after a dental examination. If there is any sign of inflammation, then a treatment plan can be created. For less severe cases, a scaling and root planing followed by traditional cleanings every three to four months could safeguard the smile. For severe periodontitis stages, there are options like laser dentistry, gum grafts, and more to restore your gums!

When we are kids, many of us grind our teeth for short periods of time. The issue tends to last only a few months. But for some, bruxism could mean chronic teeth grinding into and throughout adulthood, and the pressure from clenching your teeth could lead to major complications. Chipped and cracked teeth could cause discomfort. You’re also more likely to develop cavities or even dental infection, which is why if you grind your teeth, you should consider using Doctors Network’s search tool to book an online appointment with a dental professional in Audubon.

Your significant other may let you know you grind your teeth in your sleep. Otherwise, symptoms could include toothaches and tooth sensitivity. Treatment options vary. Some dentists bring relief by addressing the causes of teeth grinding. They could correct misalignment with clear aligners, or even replace missing teeth with prosthetics. Many offer treatment with custom and comfortable occlusal splints. So don’t ignore the possible warning signs, talk to us about finding the right dentist in your area who accepts Aetna.

There is no substitute for showing off a perfect smile, but as we get older, many of us struggle with the loss of natural teeth. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to bone loss in the jaw. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to implants and fixed dentures. Unlike traditional prosthetics, such as dentures or fixed partial dentures, these are connected to posts placed into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like dentures are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care and attention.

Are you ready to tackle your tooth loss with dental implants? If you want to know how much a dental implant costs in Audubon, you are not alone, but first, you should find a Audubon dentist who can offer prosthetic dentistry. Doctors Network can help you with this, connecting you to a dental office who not only can address your tooth loss, but also takes Aetna. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network dental plan to reduce the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will carefully examine your smile. Underlying issues like gum disease may need to be treated before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer quality prosthetics that look and function like natural ones!

Residents of New Jersey know about closeness. Though the state takes up less than 9,000 square miles, it is home to over 8.9 million people, giving it the highest population density in the country (over 1,000 people per square mile). As the only state whose cities are all classified as metropolitan areas, residents of New Jersey know that taking good care of themselves is especially important to maintaining a healthy quality of life. For many people, the high costs of dental health care can make that challenging, but with the help of Doctors Network, local dentists can now mitigate that challenge for all New Jersey families. Through Doctors Network, patients can sign up for direct dental plans that, unlike insurance, can guarantee significant discounts on every treatment and procedure that their dentists offer.

For most residents in New Jersey, dental insurance can help keep the costs of routine preventive care manageable, depending on the specifics of their plan. However, for those with inadequate insurance coverage, as well as for the 10% of residents who have no insurance at all, dental health care costs can quickly add up, especially when cosmetic, restorative, or prosthetic procedures are required. Direct dental plans from Doctors Network are designed to supplement existing insurance plans, or to provide an alternative for patients who do not have insurance. The plans ensure that all patients can receive the quality care they deserve at much more reasonable prices. For instance, checkups and cleanings are only $25 per visit, including X-rays when needed, as well as up to 90% discounts on all other services, such as fillings, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® clear braces, and more.
