The second I walked into Absolute Smile I felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you feel 100% comfortable. I’ve been here a lot, and every time I leave my teeth feeling and looking great, and very clean! The hygienist does a great job, and Dr. Vasilyev is always so kind. Everyone there is. It’s not fake either, you can tell they truly care for their patients. They obviously love what they do and are experts in their field. Going to the dentist in Philadelphia used to be such a mundane thing for me, like a chore, but now I rave about this place all the time.

As kids, we lose our baby teeth as a natural part of growing up. However, in adulthood, losing teeth means poor oral health. Periodontitis could be responsible as well. Since missing teeth at this age isn’t natural, this means issues with smile stability. You could have difficulties consuming solid foods. Problems speaking clearly may develop. Finally, you could risk impacting your smile, or even your youthful features. You need an excellent Blue Cross Blue Shield dentist in Audubon, NJ who can correct your tooth loss. Fortunately, Doctors Network can help you on the road to a full smile.

First, we will connect you to a dentist in your location who accepts your insurance. Then, your new dentist can evaluate your smile to diagnose the conditions for your missing teeth. For mild cases, a dental bridge could be placed, providing lifelike results. For multiple gaps, partial dentures could offer a solution and restore bite function. Finally, a complete set of dentures could be crafted and secured. While most complete dentures and partial dentures are removable, they could be stablized with long-lasting dental implants. Dental implants essentially look and function like natural teeth, and prevent negative changes to your maxilla and mandible and facial structure following tooth loss.

If you live in the Audubon‘s neighborhoods and have unsightly gaps in your smile, let us know. We can help you get started on receiving bridges or dentures. Model-worthy teeth are within reach, even if you’ve lost all of your teeth, and even if many years have elapsed since that happened!

P. S. Please celebrate our dental surgeons in Nashville, TN with us this week.

sleep-apnea-treatment

When you experience a poor sleeping pattern, you may not assume a dentist could help. In fact, Blue Cross Blue Shield dentists can often provide a comfortable and noninvasive option to help you breathe without interruption. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition in which when you sleep, the soft palate and the tissues around the throat collapse and cause you to stop breathing. Patients with OSA literally stop breathing for a few moments until the brain wakes them. Even if you believe you slept well, you could experience daytime drowsiness! But when should you use the search tool on Doctors Network and find Audubon, NJ dentists who provide treatment options?

Symptoms of sleep apnea could include snoring on a nightly basis. Daytime drowsiness, headaches, and even trouble with interpersonal relationships could be factors too. With no intervention, sleep apnea could even strain your immune system and increase the risk of high blood pressure. When you suffer similar symptoms, consider seeing a dental professional. Sometimes, oral appliance therapy can be helpful to keep air passages clear while you sleep, so you can finally enjoy a good night’s rest.

This week we are honoring our dental practices near Manhattan, NY.

Periodontitis is a common oral health issue. In fact, studies from the Centers for Disease Control reveal fifty percent of adults over the age of thirty suffer from the disease. Without treatment, gum disease could cause uncomfortable symptoms. Known as periodontal disease, this is actually one of the most common causes of missing teeth. All that to say, when you develop the symptoms of the disease, you need to see a professional as soon as you can. Sore, red gums that bleed easily, along with receding tissues, are common indicators that you need to find a Audubon dentist.

Doctors Network can streamline searching for family dentists in Audubon NJ that accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and can offer a diagnosis after examining your smile. If there is a presence of inflammation, then a treatment can be planned. For the early stages, a scaling and root planing followed by traditional cleanings every 3 to 4 months could safeguard the smile. For the later stages of the disease, there are options like pocket reduction surgery, laser dentistry, and more to protect your gums!

When we are kids, many of us clench our teeth for short periods of time. The issue tends to pass on its own. But for some, bruxism could mean the issue persists into and throughout adolescence, and the pressure from clenching your teeth could damage your smile. Chipped and cracked teeth could leave your smile vulnerable. You are also more likely to develop cavities or even dental infection, which is why if you grind your teeth, you should consider using Doctors Network’s search tool to book an appointment with a dentist in Audubon.

Your significant other may let you know you grind your teeth in your sleep. Otherwise, symptoms could include jaw pain and headaches. Treatment options vary. Some dentists bring relief by addressing the underlying factors. They could correct misalignment with orthodontics, or even replace missing teeth with prosthetics. Many offer treatment with custom and comfortable occlusal night guards. So don’t ignore these symptoms, talk to us about finding the right dentist in your area who accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield.

There is no substitute for a full smile, but as we age, many of us struggle with missing teeth. Missing teeth could lead to trouble with eating and speaking, and can even lead to an older appearance. To treat missing teeth, people often turn to implant-supported prosthetics. Unlike traditional options, such as dentures or fixed partial dentures, these are connected to posts placed into your jaw. Crowns or even prosthetics like dentures are locked into these implant posts. These then act as new roots, so your new teeth can last not ten years, but far much longer with proper care.

Are you ready to replace missing teeth with dental implants? If you are wondering how much a dental implant costs near Audubon, you are not alone, but firstly, you need to find a Audubon dentist who can offer tooth replacement. Doctors Network’s search tool can help you with this, connecting you to a dental office who not only can address your concerns about missing teeth, but also accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can even sign up for a Doctors Network dental plan to reduce the cost of your treatment.

The dentist will take a close look at your smile. Underlying issues like gum disease may need to be treated before moving forward. But once completed, your dental implants will offer new teeth that look and function like natural ones!

Residents of New Jersey know about closeness. Though the state takes up less than 9,000 square miles, it is home to over 8.9 million people, giving it the highest population density in the country (over 1,000 people per square mile). For many people, the high costs of dental health care can make that challenging, but with the help of Doctors Network, local dentists can now mitigate that challenge for all New Jersey families. For most residents in New Jersey, dental insurance can help keep the costs of routine preventive care manageable, depending on the specifics of their plan. However, for those with inadequate insurance coverage, as well as for the 10% of residents who have no insurance at all, dental health care costs can quickly add up, especially when cosmetic, restorative, or prosthetic procedures are required. Direct dental plans from Doctors Network are designed to supplement existing insurance plans, or to provide an alternative for patients who do not have insurance. The plans ensure that all patients can receive the quality care they deserve at much more reasonable prices. For instance, checkups and cleanings are only $25 per visit, including X-rays when needed, as well as up to 90% discounts on all other services, such as fillings, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® clear braces, and more.
