I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

What a great environment from the front desk to the dentist. There were no surprises about fees or costs. Dr. Alan Rosen took his time to explain all the options and how they would affect my wallet. He even went over my X-rays. I felt very content in my decisions and the vibes the staff gave; there is no pressure to get anything fixed right away. Discount rates and payment options were laid out neatly before me. I can’t say I’m looking forward to seeing them, but if I must attend, they will be the ones I come to from now on.

About 6 months ago, I developed an issue with my gums. I went to Dr. Azbel to have him look at it. I got the recommended deep cleaning, which took two sessions and numbing. It was wonderful. The whole staff is really friendly and inviting. To be honest, the deep cleaning sessions were a bit time consuming, but they let you watch Netflix, so it’s not too bad. They do a good job of informing patients and making sure their patients are comfortable. It was nice to understand each step of the process. They also give informative tips but don’t lecture you about your oral health. Overall, it’s good customer service, which is really hard to find in a dentist nowadays. I highly recommend Lucky Dental.

They are transparent and explain every step along the way. During my first appointment, we did the usual x-rays, exam, and consultation. They told me of the problem areas and how to address them. They didn’t attempt to push me into paying for unnecessary products or procedures. Dr. Sandhu’s chairside manner is just remarkable, and her dedication to her work and her passion guarantees that she will do everything to the best of her ability. They have performed fillings and crowns for me, and they seem very detail oriented and use the latest equipment. And for Dr. Sandhu’s staff, they are a direct reflection of her. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. All in all, if you have a busy family life and are looking for a quality family dentist, look no further.

Going to the dentist is a pretty darn terrifying no matter who you are, but Dr. Ames is as good as it gets. I've gone for regular cleanings, fillings, as well as wisdom teeth extractions, and each time they make sure to explain everything in detail, constantly checks in on how you're feeling. I’ve never been made to feel guilty about cavities, and most importantly: Dr. Ames has a much-needed sense of humor to bring down dentist anxiety. Passion for the job is clear (they seem to genuinely enjoy it). He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

They explain all treatment cost and the options for procedures thoroughly before they start working to help ensure your comfort. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Dr. Grinberg and the assistant are very kind, gentle, and friendly. I recently moved and was worried about finding a new dentist in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, but this place is great, and I look forward to coming back. I felt very comfortable here, and they treated me like a person rather than just another mouth in their chair. As someone who normally fears all things dental, I am very relieved to have had such a great experience with Dr. Murphy. I was calm during the entire appointment. I appreciated that she took the time to go over each step of the procedure, explaining why it was important to have it done. She also performed a deep cleaning and started me on Invisalign. Also, Radiance Dental runs very punctually. Plus, they have great hours for someone who frequently works late in Scarsdale.

Dr. Perry and his employees are amazing. 2 years ago, I inadvertently came across them when I urgently required a root canal. I left a message and I was called straight back by Dr. Perry. They were able to get me in straight away and tell me what to take in the meantime. I chose to fix my chipped front teeth after a few crowns and root canals. I got a ton of compliments on the job they did. After years of sheepishly hiding my smile in public, I really love how my teeth look. I've been back several times since seeing Dr. Perry. They remember my name even! I live without a car in the city, so it takes a little longer to get to the office across Medford, but it's worth the time it takes to get there. I strongly suggest them-you're not going to be unhappy!
