They didn’t let me wait very long in the lobby, and even though I was in and out very quickly, I didn’t feel rushed. Everyone in their support staff is terrific. The environment is so pleasant, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. The office is impeccably clean and inviting, and the exam rooms seem to be top of the line with the latest equipment. They got me in on the next day and completed all the work that needed to be done such as cleaning, x-rays, and a few fillings.

I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Queens Central Dental delivered hands-down the best dental experience I've ever had! The office is calm and friendly. Dr. Ames is an excellent doctor, very patient and warm. You know you're really getting procedures you need, and they take into consideration all of the special circumstances you bring to light. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. The hygienist should win an award for how well they explain everything and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone in the Jackson Heights area do before. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I didn’t have any waiting time here, which has never happened to me before. The staff is very kind. They provide quality dental care.
