Dr. Rosen in Cedarhurst, NY is such an incredible dentist. And all of my experiences with his hygienists have been spectacular, they clean your teeth better than I have ever experienced. They are very thorough, and so friendly that you are saddened when it's over. The staff as a whole are so genuine, and they know you by name. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I felt they were very thorough and gentle and also very good about educating me on what was happening and how I could care for my gums and teeth better. Dr. Isakharov was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my dental health. The exam and cleaning wasn’t rushed or pushy. Overall, the experience was excellent and I have had 3 cleanings in total. Highly recommend!

She explained everything she was doing so I would know what was going on, and her assistant was quick and gentle while taking x-rays and doing my cleaning. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great.
