The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. The office has a convenient location, and the staff makes scheduling an appointment very easy. The hygienist who took care f me cleaned my teeth and took a set of X-rays. She was very patient and gentle, which helped ease my anxiety. I opted to invest in teeth whitening. They took impressions that day. I was able to pick up the kit the next day and was thankful for the thorough instructions I received. They even followed up with me, thanking me for coming in. I may not like going to the dentist, but Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental make it a whole lot easier to maintain a beautiful smile.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Plus, Dr. Mangiaracina is reasonable; she doesn’t try to pressure you to get unnecessary services. She is very honest about all your options. I’ve already recommended that my friends and family switch to Dr. Mangiaracina.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Rosen is by far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The people that manage the office are impeccable, and they treat you like a family member and remember your name. I first came to his office after a year and a half of neglecting my teeth. I ended up needing a lot of work done. I was referred elsewhere for my root canal, due to the specifics of it, but I had a few cavities filled by Dr. Rosen. I try to go back to the dentist sooner than the usual six months to try and better manage my situation. The staff here are so accommodating; at one point I asked for a pillow, and they happily obliged. It’s a small office, and the team always seems to stay the same, which in my mind means it's probably a great place to work. They offer incentives when you refer a friend, and they offer deals on social media. I highly recommend this dentist office!
