I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

The staff at Queens Central Dental are very friendly. My son ended up needing a tooth extracted and Dr. Ames did a phenomenal job. My son had no idea he received the numbing shot thanks to the doc giving him numbing gel first and being very discreet with the needle. it looks like the third time was the charm for me. I had had two other dentists who did a very poor job. That's what I discovered Dr. Murphy through my insurance directory. She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.
