I moved to Rego Park, NY and I was entirely lost on finding a new dentist. After visiting a few others in the area, I was not impressed and refused to return. I came across Dr. Azbel at Lucky Dental, and this is now my permanent dentist office. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and took the initiative to educate their patients. The staff did such a great job working with my dental insurance, Delta Dental of New York, that I walked out without owing them a cent.

My first visit to Elite Dental was an emergency. My partially erupted wisdom tooth had swelled the whole right side of my face. Ugh! I was miserable and scared. I had no idea how my appointment would go when I walked in, but I was very pleasantly Surprised. The waiting room was inviting, the staff friendly and sympathetic, and Dr. Isakharov got me all fixed up very quickly. I had thought it would be a lot more painful, but it really wasn’t! And let me tell you, I don't like to feel pain! It was all over before I knew it. I highly recommend this place to anyone living near Rego Park! I plan on going back to them for regular care.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I didn’t have any waiting time here, which has never happened to me before. The staff is very kind. They provide quality dental care. Incredible! The hygienist, is great and Dr. Ames is a skilled dentist and an awesome person. They were super accommodating to me when I was late due to classic Jackson Heights traffic. They are very family friendly and everyone in the Queens Central Dental practice is super pleasant in conversation. I brought my baby with me because I was on maternity leave and had not one to watch him and they were 100% accommodating. They completed my cleaning while he was in his car seat, and when he got upset, they let him sit with me! I got a cleaning done, quickly followed by two cavities filled. One cavity took longer to fill than expected and they were so nice about it, and then they scheduled an early appointment for me to get the other filled on another day. Top choice moving forward – highly recommend Queens Central Dental.

They make crowns in their office, so you can get it handled the same day. We love the flexible hours that suit those with jobs and busy schedules. The receptionists do a great job handling the billing. They also make follow-up phone calls after appointments. Overall, the staff is very personable and inviting. They’re the best in Franklin Square!

My husband and I started going to Dr. Mangiaracina after moving to Merrick, NY from another state. Initially, we chose this practice because they were PPO with our dental plan. We’ve had incredible service since our first appointment. The service has been great. Appointments are on time and never canceled. They’re ready for you as soon as you come in, even if you’re the first appointment of the day. The receptionist and hygienists provide wonderful service as well. It’s always very convenient and easy to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Mangiaracina and her entire staff.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I hadn’t seen a dentist in Hamilton in over 8 years and was absolutely dreading going. But I was really surprised by my time here. I got to watch my favorite HGTV show the whole time and everyone made me feel very comfortable.
