I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

The receptionist is highly professional and very accommodating. Dr. Azbel is the best dentist in New York. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. He has a great personality too. I love that he explains everything in a detailed manner so that you feel like you really know what is going on. He is also quick to answer any questions you have about the procedure or your overall dental health. I highly recommend this practice.

Initially, I had no idea where the office was because I'm new to the Jackson Heights area. So, I had to call back a few times to get directions. The Queens Central Dental staff was so patient with me, helping guide me to the office. I filled out a few papers, and was taken back almost immediately. When I was taken back, I was greeted by friendly and very caring staff that were very gentle while taking my x-rays. They thoroughly explained everything was going to happen during the check-up, and I sat for only a few minutes before Dr. Ames came in to give me my exam. They too were very friendly, caring, and informed. They explained to me about what was going on with my teeth. I didn't have to ask a think, which was great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I have had the same dentist my entire life, but after marrying a Marine and moving away from home, I could no longer see my favorite; Dr. Ames thus had big shoes to fill, but I must say... so far, he's knocking it out of the park! When leaving, they gave me a bag, a tumbler cup, a nail file, and... A FLOWER! I couldn’t believe it! It's the little things in life that count! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu for 5 years. She has always been very upfront with me about the services I require. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I told her that I needed a new retainer but mentioned I didn’t really care for the traditional wire retainer. She recommended a night guard as an alternative. I love it. Unlike traditional retainers, the night guard is invisible. I can wear it, and others won’t even notice. I highly recommend Dr. Sandhu of Westbury Smile Center.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but Dr. Mangiaracina deserves every last bit of praise. She is highly professional and knowledgeable, which is evident in her demeanor. She is also genuinely passionate about her job, which really puts you at ease. I’ve had multiple dentists botch their work in the past because they don’t really care about what they are doing, but Dr. Mangiaracina is different. She not only a wonderful doctor but also a wonderful human being. I give Dr. Mangiaracina my highest recommendation. The entire staff is great. They pay attention to detail and remain professional.

Having had some terrible experiences with dentists in the past, I’m pleased to finally find 5-star service at Radiance Dental. They are very popular because of their ability to do great work. All of the hygienists are wonderful. They give you a clean that lasts. I will be a patient for life. Since I finally found a practice I like, I’m not going anywhere else. They have a convenient location in Scarsdale, so there’s no terrible commute to get her. My first visit was because my crown had fallen out. They let me come in as a walk-in since it was an emergency. If you’ve procrastinated in your dental care, give Dr. Murphy a call. She’s just that good. Seriously, I don’t write a review for any old reason.

When I was in serious pain and my regular dentist couldn’t see me, I gave Dr. Perry’s office a call and they were able to get me in the next morning. The entire appointment went by quickly and I didn’t feel hurried at all. I felt comfortable throughout the whole visit and I had no pain either! The staff are all polite and caring, and none of them, even Dr. Perry, try giving you a load of crap about needing to buy specialty items or procedures. Dr. Khetani is a fantastic dentist! I only got a routine cleaning, but she called me to make sure everything was okay and that my gums were feeling alright. Amazing! What dentist does that? The facility itself is welcoming and has a chill vibe - very much like a spa! It doesn’t even have that dentist office smell. The receptionist is so humble and friendly.
